They were friendly. Got transmission oil change in 2 hrs.
That guy is a professional. He's a transmission specialist. I fixed my car from there my car is Honda CRV 2017. Again I'm feeling better and I feel like I got my brand new car back. Thanks again Mr. Transmission.
These guys have rebuilt my transmission and then serviced my Dodge Dakota maybe 3-4 times since over the last 6-7 years and I've always walked(driven) away knowing I was in good hands there.
this guy is an impostor. he will talk to you very nice and will avoid confrontation at all costs. This is his way of hiding his real character. He is a master manipulator. His goal is to run you dry of your money and if possible, do nothing. He will start by placing a bad filter and/or fluid in your transmission. This will ensure total transmission failure. he will then say that you also need to replace the valve body. ofcourse since he already toasted your transmission in the first place you will be back again soon, he will then say that your transmission was bad in the first place and replace it...at this point you don't have an option as where ever you go, it will cost you the same.
This is an organized plan that he follows with all customers. if you experience this behavior, please post a review and we can find other people and create a group complain with the city. This guy is an impostor and should not be allowed to own and operate a repair shop.
Car: 2013 Toyota Highlander with 200+ k miles.
Nice and trustworthy (definitely at first); plugged diagnostic computer in and described issue to my father and I. However, they failed to fix the issue and whats worse, severely prolonged the torture of the repair: it took roughly 19 days before we finally threw in the towel, asked for our money back (got only a portion of it) and took the vehicle to correct personnel at another location for repair where a new transmission was bought because the one my father had was now not functioning at all. Essentially, they broke the functioning transmission our car had. I would not recommend this place unless you are willing to risk;
(a) the health of the vehicle
(b) an undetermined amount of time for them to figure it out and fix the issue through trial and error.
