Called and requested to make an appointment for my 6 month cleaning which I do every six months and would be switching dentist since this is closer to my home. I show up today and they take x-rays, the dentist comes in checks and no issues, and then the next person comes in measures my gums and leaves. A few minutes later I am taken to an office to go over payment options??? They said they wanted to do a "deep clean" which with my insurance would be $700. I told her no thanks I just want my routine cleaning (which was why I was there) and was told they would only do a deep clean ($700). My son had his appointment a few weeks back and they tried to tell him (22) the same thing and they did the same to my wife on her visit a few months back She was the first to go so no reason to think this was not normal and we paid for her to get a deep clean. I would strongly advise a different dentist as this is not normal. Now if you do not take care of your teeth and rarely go see a dentist I understand the need for a deep clean. However not when you go have your teeth checked out every six months and all of the sudden you change dentist and they say you need a deep clean. Also had they told me on the phone when I made my appointment that I was wanting my regular six month checkup and clean that this would not happen I would have never even made that appointment. I would have never imagined going to a dentist would have been the same similar feeling as going to buy a car.
I knew I had a lot of dental issues and decided to go to Aspen Dental and it was great from begging to end. The bill was very high but Hannah H. Made me conferable and said just talk to me and I explained my situation. Within seconds she had a lender for me and I have challenged credit. Now I can finally get all my dental work done thank you so much for your help Hannah. It was just great from beginning to end. So to the staff thank you all very much.
Everyone in the office treats you with kindness. I’ve been to dental places before and left in tears with how they made me feel. I had a great experience this far and would recommend this location to anyone needing the type of work o had done. I’m still early in but the thoroughness and care I have received has been excellent.
I was in much pain with the tooth and for some reason I kept asking to see the doctor and there was great resistance I don't understand why I had insurance and things just did not go right. They do not use a text form of communication. They would leave a voice message I would try to call back and I could never get a real human to answer the phone. So I am very disappointed on the office manager on handling the business properly. So I went to a different Aspen clinic and they said I was going to have to pay for the x-rays and I said no I don't need to pay for the x-rays they've already been charge to my insurance. And that was done maybe 2 to 3 weeks prior to trying to see a different facility with Aspen clinic. That clinic was at 41st and Sheridan area in Tulsa he kept telling me in demanding I was going to have to pay for the x-rays again. So I think they are doing some kind of scam by double charging me for x-rays when I didn't need them. I think they need to give me my money back for the charges for the x-rays.. I paid for them one time. And they turn around and wanted to charge me again for the same x-rays it just does not make good sense. They we're not polite or courtesy or educated on trying to take care of the patient properly. I would never recommend them for services. I was in severe pain the whole time I tried to use my insurance to use their facility to get a tooth filling repaired.. if they would only use a text form of communication things would have went better I think.. I kept calling and all I would do was get a voicemail box and wait and wait and wait and never get to talk to a real human
While looking for another doctor, I found Dr. Michael Baird, DDS and I am very please with him.
Dr. Baird is an extremely helpful and not only professional dentist with extensive knowledge and practice, but also an extremely outstanding individual who knows the patient's needs.
All staff working at the clinic are very professional, friendly and helpful.
I am very grateful to Dr. Baird and his staff for excellent service.

They were very polite and mindful of my needs. I had an insurance issue and they worked with me on the situation to my satisfaction. I also had a problem with my appliance and went directly in and was able to complete satisfaction that same day. I know each situation is different but my experience was very good.
I've been to a few dentists getting treatment plans for a mouthful of broken teeth and pain. They were the most thorough in the exam and consult, taking time to look and question me before making recommendations. Plus they really helped me work the best solution into my budget.
My first visit... Very thorough and Dr was straight to the point but to be honest it was office manager that I enjoyed the most gave me the price, made me an appointment, and wasn't any wasting my time. I like her a lot.
