Lita was a great server!!! Very attentive to our table and very good at explaining menu options. Also a very fast server, and as for our chef Joe he was very fun and exiting on our hibachi experience. We had so much fun here!!! I came here for my best friends birthday and my husbands first experience on hibachi and overall everything was perfect. The environment is very relaxing and fun, it’s good for friends and family. Everyone is very inviting and nice but let me not just say everything in words here’s some pictures and videos of our amazing experience in this restaurant !!!
Really good food, Im gonna go back soon for sure! My chef was Joe and my server was Lita.
Lita was so kind with us, she was very good explaining the menu, she didn’t rush us because we didn’t know what to order. Sometimes in these places they rush the people but not here she was so nice with us and she explained everything. We also had a good time with Joe our chef, he was so funny and trust me when I say he is a very skilled man. I really like this place so much.
The chiefs was great, if it wasn't for him I would give 0 star. The waitress was very bad, attitude and no respect whatsoever. She didnt even place our order correctly. We have to look for her to add teas and water. I asked her for dessert they have for the restaurant, she said just ice cream and a lava cake. I don't believe what she said so I ask her for the menu and their is alot of desserts. She told me and the lady was seating next to, the kitchen is close without no notice. Then we told her, why kitchen is close when food just finished cooking. Then she unwilling to go to kitchen to make us tempura cheese cake. The place is kind of dark. So when we ate the cheese cake, the flour for the tempura, was not fry and full of uncooked flour. Even the lady seating next to me found out the same issue I had. So I ask for the waitress, then she sees and told the So called the manager and told us, he will find out what happen and never return.lol. But saw him in the cashier place when we left. He doesn't care, this is what happen when managers are like that employees follows. No apologies and revise the bill with no dessert. I don't mind paying but the way being treated is very nasty. When I was going home my daughter and son told me they heard the waitress calling me and the lady seating next to me a psycho. I went to other locations before but this location is terrible. I attached the bill and pictures with the uncooked tempura cheesecake.
The food is here is really good as always. But WOW the customer service here is great..especially Jesus. He was definitely very attentive and his customer service skills were one of a kind. The service here was great and it is a very friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back !

I’ll never go back. There are over several issues I had with tonights dinner. It was a birthday and I told the hostess, there was no acknowledgment the entire night. The waiter brings a birthday candle to the wrong table, it was my table. He’s asking the people at the other table who’s birthday? and it was none of them. Then when I told him we had the birthday, he just stared at me and said he had to get something. I said never mind we’re leaving. I already signed the check at this point. Smh.
I told the chef there were allergies and he was supposed to make my son's white rice first, he just never made it.Everyone got served, rice, veggies and meat and we were still waiting. Finally I said where is my son's white rice? He points to the waiter. So I had to ask the waiter who brings it out the kitchen. I ordered off the kids menu and the waitress brings out an adult drink for my little son. When I asked for a kiddie cup like the family next to me had, she questions me. I stated he cannot drink it off that big (glass) cup. It took so long for her to bring a plastic cup.If kids eat free, and I ordered off the kids menu, why was I charged for an adult glass???
Then my other son vomited the food after he ate it in the bathroom and also our service/chef was ok. I’ll never go back. The food was tasty but the portions weren’t fair as I got the little bit of left over rice and I felt the family that came and sat after me had better treatment. I had hope in this place but oh well.
Jose was absolutely on the ball in this hectic busy environment, very professional and didn’t miss a beat. Food was delicious. Always an enjoyable meal here, going on decades now!
We had celebrated one of our daughters birthday @ Arirang. My daughter and her13 friends loved the service, atmosphere and especially the food. Even my parents had a great time celebrating with them.
Thank you Wu, Joe and Emily for a memorable and wonderful birthday for my eldest daughter. The Buddha statue is an awesome addition to their celebration amd goodie bag.
