I will never come back here even for an emergency cut or a quick shape up. The haircut was so horrifically awful I genuinely thought she was kidding when she asked how it looked (the way barbers/hairstylist do when they are presenting the finished cut to you). I had hairs sticking out in every direction all on the top of my hair to the point I had to come home and spend 20 minutes touching it up myself. I used to really like this place before it changed hands, and I really wanted to like the new owners given it’s so close and convenient, but I will not spend a single cent more to have my hair butchered again.
She ain't know her rates. She didn't even want me to stay on the phone with my Sister to ask her how my cut was looking she was like oh no phones. I should have gotten up and found a different barbershop ASAP. Family First is the that I follow Moto. I ain't tryna hang up on my Sister or no family member for nobody.
Crystal did exactly what I wanted and I was so happy to go to her! She was very thorough and it was a pleasure to meet her. I was truly very comfortable in her presence. I'll be returning to her again in the future.
Haven't cut my hair in 2 years. Linette is awesome. Wanted it a bit shorter, v cut with layers. My hair is long and she new exactly how to layer it giving me that light voluminously herbal essences commercial ad feel. Blowout is amazing. Will be coming back for sure. ????
Not worth the price. $47 with tax and my hair is medium length! If you have curly or thick hair this is not the salon for you. Trust me. I already have a hair stylist for the same price but 500x better but she was out of the way so I came here today and the lady did not know what to do with my hair. It's not my fault you're the one with the license and I could've done it way better. And who charges that much with hair stylists that can't deal with any kinds of hair. I still tipped because the girl that washed my hair was so nice but I'm so pissed and I regret even stepping in!!! Even my stylist was commenting on my hair and making it sound like I had difficult hair but no it's only here. I would've even been better off at a Asian salons where it's less and slightly above their level! I actually went because of the good reviews but they are not valuable. Probably everyone has short hair since that's all I saw in the seats around me. I got fooled.
I have been going to this Hair Salon for over a year now and the past service was excellent.
Apparently the Salon is under new ownership and the Hair stylists are no longer at this location.
Unfortunately I will not be using this Hair Salon anymore.
Hopefully the past clients that have been coming here will have a better experience with the new staff.
This place is completely mismanaged. I called in advance and made an appointment for me and my hyperactive son to get a haircut simultaneously. On arrival we were told by the guy at the desk that Angela who we asked for is running late and we should wait for 30 min, although this is our first time and we couldn't possibly ask in advance for a specific barber we just needed simultaneous cut. It's ok for a barber to be late but lying to your face and taking another customer is unacceptable. My son is hyperactive and waiting is not an option for us moreover I made it clear on the phone.
This salon is the best ever! The prices are not expensive however the haircuts are comparable to expensive cuts I have gotten. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating! My hairstylist Chris is the best! I won't go anywhere else.
