Don't you love working 12 hour shifts working hard for the money you make only to get ripped off when trying to order food. I ordered a large curly fry with my meal. Go back to my job site and realize it's a small cold mix of curly fries and other.
* Don't go here unless you want your hard earned money to go to waste because lazy fast food workers don't give a damn.
While the staff were outwardly friendly, both my mother's food and mine was terrible.
Her bun was still partially frozen, my fries and brisket were burned, we were told that sauce had already been put in the bag so we didn't get any (and there was none), and to top it off, we waited at the counter for about 10 minutes each, separately, and were not even greeted nor did anyone take our order - we only even got food or acknowledgement by placing an online order!
I will not be back, and if this was the standard for Arby's, I would not be back again, ever.
I was craving a brisket sandwich, and it was almost closing time. But I got there before closing. Ended up sitting waiting at the drive-through for several minutes. I guess nobody knew I was out there. Normal drive through ordering process, nothing unusual. Get my food home. Normal fries and drink were good, but the sandwich was so salty I could barely finish it. I only finished it because I do not waste food. But I was very disappointed.
Terrible! Bad! Bad!!! Ewww!! Dry curly fries! Then you ask for new ones and they tell you to deal with it and act like you’re not there! They charge for aju and for sauce! They never give napkins! Rude workers!
Went through the drive-through, and they were extremely slow. Got home opened my side of cheddar, and the cup wasn't even half full. To top that off, they charged $1.29 for the cheddar.
Second time I've gotten a sandwich that looks like it was prepared hours before I ordered and hastily thrown together with little to no consideration of proper building of the sandwich makes me wonder if they were even trained correctly or if they just don't care about their job at all this could either go one of two eggs one per leadership or two bad employees, and I say this and well confidence because I have worked in the fast food industry and have been in management for that fast food industry thus far reflects a whole lot on the employees and management at this location, as of so far this will be the last time I go to this Arby's
Very disappointing. Half my bun was stale and hard as a rock. The beef was tough and dry, almost seemed overcooked. I've eaten at several Arby's across the country and never had this experience. The fact that anyone would take my money and serve this poor quality food is just disrespectful.
*Update to say I don't think I'll go back. Have it another shot two weeks after my last review and had the same issue. It's like the beef in my sandwich has been sitting in a warmer or cooker for hours. There is no mistaking this jerkey-like texture for quality roast beef. The people at this location clearly have no care about the food they serve.
Went for lunch. The drive up window was free, but we went in and got our own food. Clean inside and fast service. The soda machine was shooting soda water out onto my hand as I tried to fill my drink and tasted flat. Other than that it's better than what I have seen from some fast food establishments.
