Best WLM Reviews

We used the app to purchase dinner for our family. We set the location to Niles and confirmed everything was checked out correctly. When we went to the store they said the order was never received.
The employees mentioned that they did not know what to do ( which is understandable) but we could fill out a form online. I filled out the form and never heard anything. We never received food or a refund. I was unable to get any answers to get money back. Definitely avoid using the app.
Drive thru employee at night around 10:30 pm on 1/2/23 was confused as what my husband was ordering, but instead of asking us to pull forward to understand the order she insisted with nasty customer service and awful attitude to try to understand what was in our requests. Never should you respond to a customer with rude responses. I’ve worked in food service, and getting our food handed to us without looking at our faces due to her attitude is not acceptable.
Thanks to the woman who helped her out with understanding our order. Appreciated her.
Check your food before you eat it here. Got all the way home (over 20mins away from this location) and found a hair in my food. Tried calling the restaurant and no answer. Not worth it in gas just to drive back for a refund on a chicken slider. Be cautious and check your food ALWAYS.
Always good food, friendly staff, and never messes up an order.have went there twice recently hoping it was just a bad day. Twice in a row bad food, not hot. Lack of food today, like almost no fries and they were took temp and soggy. No thanks!
Great service dining inside. Hard to find fast food place with such good service these days.
Helpful female employee she helped me to order i couldn't see the menu all that well and she brought me my tray of food to the table and helped me out when i couldn't get up
Ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches on the 2 for $7 menu. I was charged for 2 roast beef instead which came to $9.18. I told the girl she charged me wrong. The manager said he gave me a refund but instead charged my card again for $7. No refund showing on my card just the two charges. The last three times I’ve been there the same girl messed up my order. I’ve watched her do the same for others as I waited for my food. She is clearly incompetent and should be moved to something she can handle or fired. I will never go here again and this used to be a regular spot for me. This review stays until I get my money back!
A sorry doesn’t replace the $9.18 plus tax I’m due. Your robot response to all the issues that go unresolved is just ruining your business. You need to clean house!
*Update*
To my surprise I actually received a refund for the said amount. Took almost a week to get it. Changed the review from one star to three.
I used an email to get a free classic roast beef sandwich. Along with their featured limited shake hit the spot that afternoon as it had been awhile since I had been to an Arby's. LOL if only I could get my Dad to mix things up a bit as he's almost always McDonald's unless he wants pizza.
I'm a patient person (unless I'm really sick) I seen the message on their DT Speaker and I had to take a picture. I applaud them for their opinion and speaking up for not just their place but I think this goes for all businesses! I've been in some long drive thru lines and have heard some even yelling it's uncalled for. It's not their fault every place is short staffed. No it's not just because people are still in fear of COVID and don't want to work some possibly, but it's a combination a lot of the older people (baby boomers as one article I read called them) in the beginning when places shutdown many just retired. Seems the younger generation thinks they should be more an hour. Sorry but fast food is basically a first job type of thing summer job before high school graduation if not after and working while in college perhaps as most fast food is usually just part time. Although with things short staffed if could be possibly full-time and maybe some overtime. To those that have been impatient try being nicer no need to yell and perhaps even say thank you if it weren't for those working now and through the past year or so through the pandemic we probably wouldn't have anything to eat, clothes to wear etc. Kudos to you workers!
