One of the most depressing Arby's locations I've ever been at. The staff hates their lives I'm pretty sure. Nobody is friendly they mumble and tire kick around the place. They're lucky to have Arby's because I doubt they'd succeed anywhere else. A happy note my food was good as it usually is. The atmosphere is just bad. Enjoy your roast beef sandwich!
Fabulous people here. Most stores these days, especially customer service no longer know how to communicate with people or provide service - here, is the rare exception. The roast beef sandwich is a bit small however so I'd recommend 2 or the double.
I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. Because I'm never happy with the quality of food compared to the price. I usually regret coming here every time. Today... at this particular Arby's, the staff was quick, friendly, answered my questions with a smile, and the food was great. I'll come back to this Arby's. No other Arby's. But this one cool.
It took 5 minutes to make a Coke Float, REALLY? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No one in front of us either, no excuses. Then the Coke tasted flat to boot. Not going back to this Arby’s. Bathroom could have been cleaner. We like Arby’s so that’s the reason for 2 stars and not 1.
Although they were on the list of restaurants offering senior discounts said this store didn't do that.
Nice, and Friendly staff! They have the meat!!!! Yummy Food! Curly fries, roast beef sandwich, chicken sandwich, Ghirardelli chocolate shake! It was all Yummy!
Pull up to the window and pay for my food. The woman who took my payment asks me,
"ok please pull around to spot #1 and we will bring your food out"
Me - "If it's ok I will sit here because there is nobody behind me in line"
Woman- "FINE! IM NOT GONNA ARGUE WITH YOU"....
30 seconds later, I can hear through the window 3 employees laughing histerically, and the rude woman hand me my food smiling....
I couldn't even eat it for fear of her putting spit, or hair, or dirt or something in my food....
Everytime I have been to this location this woman is rude and angry. I didn't see her name but she has glasses, short and heavy set and needs to be fired...
Don’t waste your money. The chicken sandwhich is as thin as you get a piece of chicken. It was cold and had no flavor.
