This location is particularly slow, but today was a new level. I dined in, waiting 20 minutes for my order, watching as two employees just chat with each other. I went to ask about my order, receipt and order number in hand. They looked at their order screen and didn’t see it. This is probably a last straw visit for me. I left without food — I’ll request a charge back from my CC provider. I went to the Carl’s Jr around the corner where they delivered my order instantly.
I recently dined at Arby's, and during my time in the drive-thru, I couldn't help but question my decision to eat there. Throughout the wait, I observed one of the staff members handling orders repeatedly touching her face, ears and hair which left me with concerns about the overall hygiene and food safety practices. Moreover, when I received my order, I was disappointed to find that the fries had been carelessly spilled into the bottom of the bag. With many food options available nearby, Arby's should seriously consider stepping up their game in terms of cleanliness and delivery to remain competitive.
I got dinner here on Wednesday 4/3/2024 and I was so impressed with the service I received. The man working the drive through was so kind and thoughtful. I’ve never had such a great experience through a drive through. Please give this man a raise he deserves it!
The food here is either really good or really not, with no middle ground. The Dr. Pepper is frequently so bad that you can't drink it (yet I still order it). The employees have always been very nice. More than once I've asked for the spicy 3 pepper sauce and received 3 little packets of pepper. It makes me laugh every time.
I mean it is an Arby’s. So the commercials on tv look so good and then when you go it is ok. They got my order wrong, so I had to go back up and explain and show my receipt of what I ordered to get the sandwich I wanted. They let me Keep the mistake so I gave it to one of my kids. It is your run of the mill fast food place. It was clean, the service was good, they were quick about fixing the mistake. It was a little busy, I met my husband for lunch. He works around the area, which honestly this area with the construction is a nightmare, hopefully they get it fixed soon. If you do go here make sure when you leave you exit the parking lot north and go around to a light otherwise you get caught in crazy traffic.
They messed up my whole order and once I saw my receipt and asked them to correct there mistake they just stared at me like I was dumb.. I asked for the double roast beef sandwich they gave me classic how hard is it to add more roast beef? By that time I was already annoyed and just left.

Came here today with a coupon for a free specialty sandwich with a purchase of a soft drink. That's what brought me in, as I was running some errands in the nearby area.

They have a pretty good location there at Thanksgiving Point with some heavy traffic that comes through.

The price was reasonable especially with a coupon.

I got a smokehouse brisket and a soft drink.

I'm sure there are some pointers, not sure what they'd be, and what is with the bell?

The guy that served me on the register was friendly and helpful.
So I had a bad experience at another Arby’s about two weeks ago but I thought it was just a fluke, so I decided to give them another shot. First off, they were out of ice. So instead of letting me know before I paid, they just simply gave me a room temperature soda. Unacceptable.
Second. They gave me HALF full fries. For $9 I comply can’t accept this. Arby’s, you need to do better training. I think it’s going to be a long time before you have my business again
Third. The bun on my beef and cheddar tasted old. It was hard as a rock.
