I can't believe I paid almost $3 for about 10 curly fries. Seriously people? How can anyone not notice the container is half full? That's a great way to ensure customers never return.
My favorite place to get roast beef sandwiches. I always, always get the half pound roast beef combo with crinkle fries no salt, and a Coke. This is probably one of the best Arby's place, their sandwich look flawless, not leaning to one side, not sloppy looking. The fries were HOT, very crispy, and delicious! The staff here were very nice, informative, and Johnny on the spot with their jobs. The bathroom was very clean, and stocked with toilet paper & paper towels. Just a pit stop on my way home, but memorable.
For the Arby's brand, this particular store is top tier. My dad, brother, and I stopped for lunch and got our food. The food was good, restaurant was very clean, and the staff helpful/respectful. I had gone back and ordered some mozzarella sticks, and went back to my meal. After a bit, I still hadn't gotten them. I went back up to the counter and they apologized. They then got me the sticks, and a cookie for the inconvenience. I really respect when staff go above and beyond for the minor things. I wasn't even upset, but they still went above and beyond. I'd love to give this store a 6 star rating, but sadly I cannot. Thank you for a great meal and customer experience!
The staff was so friendly and nice. Fast service . Smiling and helpful a true delight in food service I highly recommend eating there the quality is perfectly prepared and the staff is on there game. And the place is so clean. So stop by and see for yourself . Good food great staff good atmosphere for a quick bite thanks everyone who was working
I pick this restaurant as first choice clean for one food be decent 95 percent time , customer service better then most.
Stopped and got dinner for the family on the way home...$55 worth. Get home and of course missing a chicken sandwich. I wasnt traveling 20 minutes back so i Called them to complain and they took my name and said come back tomorrow and we'll make it right. Show up and was treated so rude my the ahole manager. Will never go back again.
Welcome to Arbys, how can we screw up your order. First of all I'm assuming the manager was the one taking the drive thru orders. Kept cutting us off mid sentence then asking us if that was everything however we hadn't even completed telling him the first item. After being cut off 5+ times we said screw it and went inside. The cashier wasn't any better. Didn't type in half of the order correctly. We checked the order. We are missing items we paid for. What a disaster of a store.
Fast service, delicious tender roast. Clean restaurant. Freezing cold inside so we ate in the car.
