This place is a must eat at in Plymouth MI. Even on a Tuesday night the vibe is right whether dining alone, business, pleasure, romantic, just chilling. The service is amazing had an awesome server, very welcoming engaging, accommodating fit the whole ambience of the place. Chill tunes mellowing the mood, to savor the food. I had the pulpa and Faroe Salmon, decadent. Server without missing a beat said best place in town to eat, I experienced why.
Great steak and food here. We tried the 2x1 filet Wednesday for $70 and oh my it was amazing. Two 8 oz filets, Perfect term, soft and tender, delicious flavors. Simply on point!
The sides were perfect too, consisting of salad , asparagus, potato and bread with butter. It also includes a creme brulee to share.

Really enjoyed my visit at aqua fine dining. The pork belly was perfectly cooked. Super soft and not chewy at all. The steaks were high quality and the salad was very fresh. The plating was beautiful and detailed.
I will say that I am not a fan of the iPad menu. It cheapens the experience and makes the process of ordering and sitting at the restaurant with a loved one more stale. I think the money that is spent to buy all these iPads should be invested in high quality leather menus and adjustable lights that dim once the table has finished ordering. Maybe there could even be a little portable light that provides the brightness necessary for reading a menu.
I also found the fake candle on the table very off putting. Not only was it dusty and greasy ( just like the iPad) but it was also kind of broken. ( the " flame" was stuck and didn't move). The bathrooms were clean but there was a large buildup of limescale behind the faucets that could be easily cleaned up.
Overall I liked this place and it's atmosphere but it could be phenomenal if they paid more attention to the little details. I would still recommend this place for its great food and amazing service
Came here for a birthday dinner and was not disappointed. The ambiance is amazing for a date night or a low-key rendezvous. The back patio area looks incredible. It's romantic enough for a date, but it also has TVs, so you dont have to miss the game. Lol
The service was great. Our server was friendly, attentive, and checked in with the table enough to be effective, but not too much that you feel suffocated.
I ordered the ribeye, which was very tasty. I like it when my steaks have a bit of that char flavor that you only get from a good high temperature grill. The Distinguished Gentleman was also a good drink choice.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very personable.
Overall, I feel like this is the perfect spot for a delicious drink, meal, or meeting without feeling like you will be overwhelmed by a huge crowd of prying eyes. It's a hidden gem.
I will definitely return and explore the menu.
Very unique and clean atmosphere. Very fine dining menu...upscale and everything looks amazing. We were feeling a bit more casual food though and chose the burger. It was absolutely delicious and the fries were so crispy and truffley and wow! Really hit the spot. Three out of the four of us got this burger and it was so worth it! One of our group for the salmon salad and it was also excellent! Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!
October is full of birthdays for me. I randomly selected this restaurant, and the food was very good. Cocktails were amazing, not to mention, from what I heard, the dessert was as well. My only criticism was they didn't present birthday dessert although we announced we were there for multiple birthday celebrations.
We visited AQUA for the first time for our anniversary dinner and had a pleasant dining experience. Wonderful ambience and our server was friendly. The food was delicious and presented well. With the ipad menu, it was easy to get the information on the drinks and food.
Great atmosphere, live music was nice. The New York Strip was a bit over seasoned however the Ribeye was amazingly prepared. Due to the season it's not surprising to encounter gnats. One seemed to be particularly interested in our table and was annoying.
