This is an awesome place to eat. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun and the prices couldn't be better. Amanda was our server and she was great. She asked several times if our food was ok and if we needed anything. She was very friendly and fun loving. I ordered their ribs. They were the best I've ever had and so tender you could cut them with a fork. I also had a very merry daiquiri. It was awesome and only cost $5. I'll definitely be going back there soon. I revisited on January 28th of 2024. I especially requested Amanda N. as my server because she did such an awesome job the last time I was here. And she did a great job this time as well. I had the all you can eat shrimp, riblets and chicken wings. They were all great. This is my go to place for great food, awesome service and a relaxed atmosphere.
Its our first and last time to visit this branch. We entered and there was no host we waited about 5 minutes to be seated.
We ordered diet soda, and it wasn't carbonated. Then we ordered 3 meals and 1 appetizer, we got the appetizer after 35 minutes and the meals after 50 minutes, although the place was not crowded.
The table next to us arrived and ordered after us, but they received their food before we got ours.
After the long wait the food wasn't hot, my daughters meal was missing some items, the food was vey oily, and the fries looked stale. Also, we didn't get drink refills.
The restroom was very dirty and smells bad ????
The appetizers were great. The soda machine got 2 strikes. The Stary was so syrupy and the Pepsi was over carbonated. My niece's Mac 'n Cheese was just Alfredo sauce and shredded cheese on top of penne pasta noodles and my sautéed onions were still as raw as the moment they were cut. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The servers were wonderful as well. If it hadn't been for the lousy parent that screamed at their already screaming child, I'm sure the atmosphere would've been better.
First time visiting. We entered and there was no host or sign telling us to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We waited. A waitress told us someone would be coming. She had to find a table to clean. We ordered immediately and she didn't write the order down. We waited, and waited and waited for our food. When it came my husband was given the wrong food, the chicken and burger wasn't hot. We asked 2 people for ketchup and they both forgot it. We grabbed some off another table. We ordered our 2nd round of chicken and it took forever. We never got drink refills. We decided to just take our 2nd round (of all u can eat.) I was only given this much chicken the 2nd time. I just left the fries. We had to hunt down our waitress only to be told we had to wait for our ticket to pay. Then we waited and waited. My husband asked for a manager and he didn't come around. He had to go find him. The whole process was long and annoying. Hope I don't get sick from their food. ????
Yuck. Menu we were given had blob of white stuff maybe mayo or ranch on it. Neither us or the kids could read the menu because lighting was so poor. Our table was sticky so we asked for it to be cleaned and stickiness and stains still could not be removed. Waters were not delivered until after the food. Chicken wings were not good. As we left the restaurant we noticed none of the lights on the building or parking lot were turned on.
Would recommend not stopping here.
It was great. I loved the food and the raspberry tea I drank. Our server was very friendly and efficient.
I used to enjoy Applebee's. This location has gone downhill a lot. Seats were ripped and dirty. Service was slow. Twice we walked up to bar to get a drink. Food was mediocre at best. My medium rare steak was well done. Broccoli had no flavor. Mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal. Spinach dip appetizer had little flavor, too.
The wait staff was ok. Not focused or attentive. The table was sticky. Tables around us weren't bussed. The ribeye I had was tender and flavorful. It was cooked perfectly as were the sides. Kudos to the kitchen.
