Broke down in Kato as we were headed home to fairfax on a Sunday. Other tow company said no sorry we can't take u to fairfax. These guys were like yeah sure not a problem. Said they would be to us in 20 to 30 mins. I don't even think it was 15 mins and he was there. Was super friendly quick and b4 I knew it we were being dropped off at home and the price could not be beat. A few years ago a different place charged me over 250 dollars to pull me maybe 5 ft I was stuck in turn lane got unstuck and yea 250plus dollars. This place towed me 50 miles and the bill was 326 and change. I will forever when able use this company ???? ???? ✨️
Showed up sooner than they estimated. Truck driver was friendly and helpful. Price was very fair.
The people here are awful. They will watch you exit your car and within seconds of me going in to get my parking pass, they towed me. Horrible employees.
Rod was an amazing help when my truck broke down near Mankato. Really awesome guy and he got the truck loaded in minutes. Great service, reasonable price. I definitely recommend!
Great customer service and kind people. We had a car accident on Christmas Eve. Insurance won't cover my towing fee. Jeremy is very considerable and made the process really easy and offered me a great discount. Definitely will recommend to everyone!
A few days ago, my truck's battery died in the downtown area. Had to wait ~30 min. but once they got there, my truck was running again in what seemed like less than 60 seconds! They were friendly and the whole event cost me ~$50, which seems to be on the lower side
Giefer Towing and Service and Jeremy are excellent. We were returning from a family Christmas in the Black Hills when the rear wheel sheared off our pickup on Interstate 90. The tow truck arrived on location within 10 minutes of the State Police arriving - Fast, and on a Saturday night! The driver was friendly and helpful, and professional. He knew a hotel that allowed pets and dropped us off there. The repair guys worked on our truck on Saturday night and most of Sunday to get us back on the road quick in order to beat a winter storm. They drove over 30 miles away to get a part they couldn't get in Mankato, on a Sunday. The real shock came at the time to pay the bill - I actually feel guilty they charged so little for a job so well done - on a Saturday and a Sunday!! I absolutely recommend this team to anyone! By the way, Jeremy called me on Sunday night to ensure my wife and I had got home okay.
