I love this store they always have what I need and the guy Donte that work there is so nice he helped me find my items Asha was so nice and they also gave me samples to try????
RUDE CASHIER. HUNG UP ON ME TWICE QHEN INQUIRING ABOUT WEAVE BRANDS. WHEN I WALKED IN THE STORE AND ASKED WHO HUNG UP ON ME….SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND THEN STARTED LOOKING AROUND WHEN OBVIOUSLY LYING SAYING I NEVER SAID ANYTHING. Nothing is wrong with my phone speaker . She’s rude and needs her hair done, probably is why she’s so angry.
They expensive but don't really have what you need without compromising! They need to go to other beauty supplies and get a supply list! I couldn't find not 1 thing I was looking for, had to go to the beauty supply store up the street and I needed simple items like a certain edge gel and oils! They didn't have any! No matter when I come here, I always end up going somewhere else!

Got there just before closing & the nice people told me to take my time. Inside they helped me locate product I came to purchase. Great customer service!
ANYTHING you need for your hair is here. I've been patronizing them for years! Great service.
Went in to purchase hair, 1st time putting in hair so I was not sure how much to get.The cashier opened package and said it was 10 pieces so I purchased 4 packs at 12.99 each. Pack had 20 pieces. I only needed 2 packs, very misleading and refuse to give a refund, Will not shop here ever again.
This store is amazing the staff is so helpful and had no problem finding what I needed. Will be coming again!
