Pricing of work done was good. But when a company breaks something else on the vehicle and it's pointed out to them it should be accountable through them. Instead of being told they didn't do it and their not accountable for it. Does that mean you don't stand behind your work also because your not accountable for it? What happen to people taking pride in their work to go the extra mile to make sure it's put back the was it came in. Now I'm left with trying to fix what you didn't fix after you pulled it down. I even have a picture to prove the lining of my car wasn't falling down until the glass was replaced. I guess we live and learn about using small businesses in a small town doesn't mean that they care about their customers. You expect this from corporate companies not small town owned companies. Will not recommend this company to friends.
Honestly not sure how someone gave this place a bad review. This is likely the best auto body repair experience I’ve ever had. A tree limb crushed in the front of our car & cracked the windshield. Anderson messaged with me after hours, got the glass ordered & when I dropped the car off they completed the repair same day & for an extremely reasonable price! Great customer service, great work, highly recommended!!!
Friend locked my keys in the truck as we were moving. They answered the phone 3hrs after they were already closed on a Saturday and came and unlocked it within 3mins. YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 STARS
Worst place to take a vehicle. We waited 7 years for a project to be done paid for all of it. Kept calling and getting excuse after excuse. Finally sent a letter from our attorney. After sending the letter he returned the pickup unfinished. Would not recommend taking anything there. You pay to fund a race car not a business.
Amazing work, thorough, and honest. Extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. They really helped me and have a forever customer. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Thank you so very much.
I normally dont leave reviews.Th ed gentlemen helped me yesterday is very generous, honest, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his help so much. He saved me time , tons of money, and got me back to the road no time.
Anderson Body shop has helped us out several times. Curtis is great to work with and can fix pretty much any damage your vehicle could possibly have.
Definitely highly recommended.
They charged me 65 dollars to drive 3 blocks to jump my daughters car who is a STUDENT at Bethany. Also didn’t check the battery like I asked and her car still isn’t running. Obviously take advantage of students and parents who are far away! I also got a very unprofessional response on Facebook and got hAteful comments from bystanders.DO NOT GO HERE
