I order a jack Daniels, New York strip steak Medium cooked, and they serve me a well done steak, which it was very dry to eat. The sauce was really good, but the steak was just too dry for me to eat.
I sent it back and got a burger instead, which this was really good When it came time to pay the bill they only discounted 8% of the steak which I asked to speak with the manager because it was supposed to be taken completely off because I did not eat the whole steak. I only ate about three small bites and the waitress lied to the Manager, saying that I ate half of the steak They say they took a look at it, but I don’t think they did because they would’ve seen that. I only ate a little bit but in the end after the manager getting mad at me and treating me the wrong way she took the steak off the bill. I was lucky there we were the only ones there otherwise it would’ve been a very embarrassing situation which we did not need it. I should’ve read all the reviews specially the ones with one star because it looks like they always have problems with the steaks cooking the way you want it either they make it raw or too well done

Extremely pleased with this restaurant from start to finish.
Greeted upon entering and given a choice of seating. Our waitress, Natalie, was friendly and attentive. She gave us suggestions and checked on us several times during our meal. There was also a waiter who engaged in friendly conversation even though he was not assigned to our table.
Ordered a steak and crab leg combo, which he loved. The seafood was fresh and the steak cooked perfectly. while there were several items I could have eaten on the menu, I was in the mood for salad, so I ordered a house salad,a side of vegetables and fries. But within a few minutes of smelling the yummy food I ordered the biggest steak an porterhouse.
The salad was a generous size and consisted of a good variety of fresh lettuce and other vegetables The vegetables tasted fresh and were not overcooked. The fries were not greasy, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The dessert menu was huge, so we asked Natalie for some suggestions and ultimately asked her to surprise us. She brought us a piece of the Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake, which was a perfect way to end the meal.
Will definitely eat here again when in the area.
I had an excellent rack of lamb. This restaurant is popular for good reason and was busy, but I got seated right away. The wait staff are perfect. They are fast and attentive. My friends had steaks that they reported were excellent as well.
We came in from out of town on Monday evening and sat at the bar. Our bartender Melissa was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave us some great recommendations. Her personality was so warm and welcoming we came in on Tuesday night as well!!! We will be making sure we stop in everytime we are in the area for the phenomenal food and stellar service!!
Our second visit to this establishment was a significant improvement over the first, with 100% better service. However, considering the high price point for the filet mignon, the quality of the dish was not up to par. Two strikes and I'm afraid this place is out.
Well, I knew it was going to be a bad experience when I opted to sit at the bar and the woman blatantly ignored us after sighing when we sat down. It was several more minutes of being ignored, and finally ordering for her to walk away before we finished an order of two entrees and an app. She then proceeded to come back and help a woman next to me, and I asked when she is done can she finish taking my order. This resulted in her turning to the computer and loudly thumping on it while huffing multiple times.
At this point I canceled it all and went somewhere with substantially better customer service.
In between this she was rubbing her body under her shirt and along her pants (just gross), scratching her face, and many other extremely unhygienic practices without once washing her hands. It was quite the show.
It’s a shame. I used to love the food - the churros a favorite. But, I no longer see myself spending my money there.
We are from Ohio and visiting family. We happened upon this wonderful little steakhouse on Fathers day evening. It was packed and required a reservation but they told us to just let them see if they could find us a table and they did. It was the only empty table in the place. They were understaffed due to a couple call off. But let me tell you I did not care one bit! The staff that was there were amazing. I watched every single employee work their tail off with a smile on their face. They were so friendly and attentive they took empty plates and filled glasses everytime they passed our table. The food was hot, very good and served relatively fast. I will definitely return when we visit this area again. I hope the owner knows what wonderful employees they have. And a special thank you to our waitress Natalie S you were such a bright spot on a very hard day for us.
