I love the concept of Amazon Go. It make shopping for some food essentials so easy. I was visiting from Australia go couldn’t download the Amazon Go app but had no trouble using my card. A few minutes after I shopped I received an itemised list of my purchases and asked to verify the purchases then my card was charge.
The store stocks ready made meals, selection of fresh produce, snacks, dairy and pantry items. Definitely needed a restock as I went quite late in the day and lots of the shelves were empty. Also has a selection of beverages including alcohol. It’s definitely feels very futuristic.
Amazon Go made me feel that shopping can be easy and the concept is brilliant. A convenient, clean and well organized outlet. I can get used to this, take what you need and walk out without paying. Surprisingly, the meal deal has better quality than usual supermarkets. Price is competitive although choice can be limited. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Fun and futuristic shopping experience.

It was perfect for getting drinks, snacks, even dinner one evening while we were on vacation without having to pay for overpriced items at our hotel.
Wow! As a traveler from Canada, I'm thrilled to have experienced this concept. The cold & hot food items are fresh, healthy & very affordable. I highly recommend visiting this unique place.
First time experience.. it was WOW ! Took kids and my in laws , and they were amazed . But the shop can be better . Not much stuff inside . Wish they had more items to shop. They have some really basic basic stuff .. they really have to UP the inventory . Coffee was good . Some snacks were good but it was just for the store experience that we went . With so many cameras and systems in store , it is possibly better to hire someone in cashiers counters and pay them :).

This is the future! I like the concept of the store, although unfortunately they don't have a lot of stuff there. Except for one small mistake, it worked well. I like the prices, also the place to eat food right in the store. Microwaves, sauces and cutlery are available there too. Overall, the store looks very good and could gradually expand to other cities.

I enjoyed the experience itself, but salmon bowl I bought was terrible (rice was sticky) and some of my mother's purchases were connected with mine.
Good place to grab a quick lunch! Good selection of cold + hot sandwiches. There's some counter seating available inside + microwaves too.
