I 200% do NOT recommend this cab company. I requested a ride by email a week ahead of time, I did not have an answer within 4 days, so I reiterated my request and I finally got a reply the day before I need it. So once I got the confirmation, I was relieved. But, while I was ready to be picked up and head to the airport, the cab did not showed up on the time of the schedule. The hotel had to call the company to know what happened.
The driver arrived 20 minutes later.
Once arrived at the airport, he told me he does not take credit card but only cash, which I did not have. And it had never been mentioned by the company.
So the driver drove me out from the airport to an ATM, so I can withdraw money.
DO NOT RIDE with this unreliable company if you don't want to miss your flight or waste your time.
Complete rip off! $36 charge for a 1.1 mile ride to my car. When I asked why so much the driver said tax, tax! When I received the text receipt the charges were not itemized which seems like a scam to me!
Save yourself a horrible experience and call yourself an Uber!
We had 2 different drivers thank God. 1st driver Ricky drove a very old very dirty smelly car.. He drove a VERY long way to the doc office. Fare was well over what it should be. In the middle of the drive he answered his phone and got so distracted he swerved into on coming traffic. I screamed and he corrected and barely missed a car. Then on return. He came to get us... Then backed out of hospital drive and left us... 45 mins later George came. Nice van and friendly.. Ugh would never use again.
Despite the poor reviews, I received excellent service. From dispatch to Thomas the driver, I had great service. I rode in a brand new Toyota van which was clean and Thomas drove safely and defensively. Each leg of my doctors appt, Thomas was outside waiting for my son and I within minutes of talking to dispatch! Mahalo and I highly recommend their service.
The people who arrange the rides are extremly understanding and accomodating.
We had our trip details changed multiple times bc of medical complications and they worked so well with all the kinks. I will request them again when we travel inter island for medical.
Even though they've been so busy b'cuz of the Covid and just b'cuz there's hardly any rental car places anymore they always put the customer first. I totally understand what they're going through. I'll call the cab from Kapolei and pretty much tell me they'll probably be booked from morning till late that night. Sad when you can't even get a cab after shopping all day at Kapolei and have to sit overnight in the dark and cold b'cuz they are to busy making money in Waikiki on the tourist who keep coming here and killing us b'cuz they won't follow the law. I'll stick with Aloha Aina.

Arranged a pickup with this company and they did not bother turning up. Completely ignored my emails. Very unreliable. Ignore these rude people like the plague. Scam.
Male person answering calls was Rude. I ask for a Cab. This would have been my Second time in same day using this Company. He asked if it would be Cash or Credit card I said Credit card and he said No. I said Cash he said No we are to Busy and hung up. I will not use this Family Owned "Aloha Aina Cab Company" Again. No Aloha Spirit on phone.
