I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was the best experience ever!! Working with Melissa for my room block was incredible, she made things as easy as can be and always with a smile! The rooms were so amazing and customer service was exceptional. I recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you to the wonderful staff who worked together to make it happen!
We recently booked a block of rooms for our wedding at the Aloft Mount Laurel as it was a convenient ride from our venue. Melissa and her team were very friendly and accommodating with planning from start to finish. We had a shuttle service to and from our venue, and the hotel displayed a sign in the lobby so our guests knew what to expect. The prices for the blocks were very reasonable and the booking process for our guests was very easy. The lobby was beautiful, and included a bar and an outdoor seating area. Some of the rooms did have some damage. We reported that to the desk and were advised they are working to fix up and improve the rooms. I did have hotel gift bags, which I was able to drop off early to be given out as guests checked in. A few of my guests who knew about them were not handed one upon check in and had to ask. Millers Ale House was right next door and was great for the after party. Overall I would recommend the Aloft they were so wonderful to work with and helped make our wedding weekend perfect!
We had our wedding block at the Aloft in April 2024, and we could not be happier with our choice. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate the 125+ guests that were staying at the hotel for the weekend. Our weekend also including welcome drinks at the lobby bar and breakfast the morning after the wedding, which Aloft staff helped coordinate these events with ease. Our guests also noted the convenience of the Aloft's location with respect to getting food/coffee/last minute items nearby.
Best experience yet, we flew in from Florida for a wedding and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Mrs. Rosa went above and beyond along with all the staff . The rooms are impeccable and the cleanliness of the bldg superseded my expectations!!! I would definitely stay here anytime we’re visiting ..please

We dealt with Steven at the front desk and he as amazing! Extremely professional, polite, went above and beyond for us to ensure that we had a lovely experience at the property and a restful stay before we got on the road again.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. There restaurant and bar was just a wonderful an experience as Steven's. We had delicious food and dessert with fire and flair! Waiting staff was white glove service and smiles.
Will be staying at this hotel every time we travel from MA to FL and back for the holidays.

The lobby was outstanding and the service was good. We were checked in and able to enjoy our room quickly. The rooms are small but very clean. The location of the hotel was the best.
WIll not stay here again. Quality not up to the Marriott standard. Platinum members don't get high speed internet and all they offer is substandard 1.5 mbps speed. Huge mistake in choosing this hotel for my business travel. Will not make that mistake again and will go back to the tried and true Residence Inn, even though you only earn 50% points, it's still way better than the Aloft. Room also has a musty smell. Also have to pay for breakfast unless you're platinum and want to forgo your points bonus. Just substandard all the way around. Definitely not the place to go if you have gold or platinum status.
We had an overnight stay for a wedding. A block of rooms was available for the wedding guest.Was very pleased with the shuttle service to and from the wedding from this hotel. And the hotel allowed all the people there for this wedding an early check in time at 2:00 instead of regular 4:00 check in.which was a big plus.because the shuttle left at 3:15 for the wedding.Miller ale house is just a few feet away in the same parking lot. A nice plus for a place to eat cozy atmosphere. Hotel rooms are nice and comfortable there's also a small bar in the lobby wxyz and a buffet breakfast in the lobby with coffee tea and donuts etc. all and all a very convenient and comfortable stay. Kudos to the staff at the front desk.highly efficient and helpful for all your questions and needs.
