I went in to see Kathleen for a hair cut and was very pleasantly surprised. Alluring Hair Designs is a small shop on the beachside. The atmosphere is very positive and upbeat. I had a fantastic experience with Kathleen. She gave me exactly the haircut I asked for. I could tell right away that she knows what she is doing. She didn't rush. She took her time. She looked at the shape of my face and the fall of my hair and continued to check the way the haircut would lay as she was cutting. In my opinion, she is a wizard and an artist, and I highly recommend her. I also met Glynn (I believe that was the guy.) Very pleasant and personable, easy to talk to, made me feel welcome right away, and I felt like I was sitting with old friends. Everything I want in a hair salon experience. Both stylists that I met the day I went in for my cut are excellent stylists and so nice. I give this salon high marks. I will definitely be back again and again. This is truly the neighborhood, personable salon feel with the hair wizard techniques that we all want...tucked away on the beach side. :) I'd give them a ten if I could.
Flynn does a great job cutting men's and women's hair. Recommend.
