Sour cream comes in EVERYTHING, even items that do not include sour cream. Do not believe them when they assure you it does not include sour cream. Also, the price is different every time, they will say "tax changed".
Get food here all the time and it's great . I've never eaten there but price and amount is on point.
Been going here for years and the quality is getting worse and worse. The carne asada most times is more fatty than not, their chips for their chips and guacamole are hard and stale consistently, and the guacamole has no flavor and small amount for all chips. Hope they see this and consider improving their quality and consistency in food items.
I got the grilled chicken burrito it was shredded not chopped it was dry, and hard to chew and swallow when its shredded white chicken breast meat. everytime I have ordered this burrito its never the same I prefer chopped chicken which it used to be. sometimes it gets over cooked to burt. This place has gone down. The bathroom door doesn't latch to lock. its dirty. I don't think I will be going back. Unless they clean it up and are consistant with the menu.
What happened to the portions the location in Chino….I paid $14 dollars and $3 tip for a kid size carne asada fries. Because usually it’s a nice portion. I won’t be back at this location.
I really hate to save this, but this might be my last visit. They used to have a 5 star review from me, but everything has really gone down hill. 3 visits ago there was nobody in the restaurant and every table was dirty. Cleaned our own table. Today we ordered 3 Crazy Nates burritos and this is how they all looked. Practically nothing inside, soggy fries and little asada. If you know these burritos then you know the problem. Sad to see where it's gone.
Food is wonderful and plentiful. The people are nice and helpful. There is more takeout than eat in and it shows in its lack of warmth. Adding a bit of color would help immensely. Blankets, hats or piñatas ????
Unbelievable this is today they try to charge me 50 cents each for the half full small clear plastic container of green and red sauce that would of been a extra dollar on top of what's already expensive for a simple #3 making it over $14 they just lost a very good Customer real fast I been going there for many years and 400 times+ not good! And not going back to the Chino store
