* READ THOSE TITLES & CHECK THOSE VIN NUMBERS PEOPLE!! Criminal con-artist Muhomed & his buddy sold me a salvaged 2007 Honda Civic on 9/20/23 and was told that the back bumper was hit. Rushed me into signing papers and kept the paperwork on the way to the bank so I couldn't see the title until I handed him the money. Title was salvaged reconstructed FLOOD car from Florida. Took me for $5,350. Next day 3 codes came on and found out there's a bad antifreeze leak.
*Update: Called the guy to see if he would make things right several days later and he said not unless I'd take off the bad reviews online and retract my complaint with BBB. This criminal acting like I did him wrong and he sold me a FLOOD car without telling me. One of the lights that came on showed a leak. He had grease on the gas cap to check that and erased the codes so I wouldn't know. This criminal needs to be behind bars.
*Update: replaced knock 1 sensor on engine, power steering pump & lines, broke motor mounts, both back tires dry rotted, shocks & struts, and driver side seat belt locked up. Interior lights need replacing and the hot & cold indicator light goes off and on at random times. I haven't even owned the car 4 months yet. May God punish the evil.
Recently bought a car from Mohanad, he is a very honest man who helped me out a lot when I was trying to purchase my car. Very great customer service, gave me a great experience for my first time buying a car. If you want to purchase a car go to him he will get you right!!
I was in the middle of traveling through Greensboro during travel for the Military and I broke down. I called Alamance Auto and let them know the situation and told me to have it towed over and they would fit it in. Within 24 hours, they had diagnosed and repaired the vehicle (AC Compressor and S belt) and I was back on the road. Honest prices and fixed only what needed to be done. Highly recommend this business.
My wife and I are very pleased with the service we have received at Titan Imports for several years now. They fixed an exhaust system problem we had been dealing with and I was impressed by their diagnostic skills. We have all our inspections and oil changes done there. If I have a mechanical issue, I go there first. I highly recommend them.
I had posted a negative review and Muhaned reached out to me and handled my issues Key and Heat was fixed I appreciate the good customer service ???? he also said if I have anymore issues to reach out so if he's doing busy this way I have to recommend Alamance Auto Sales and the service.
If you ever having car trouble I highly recommend Titans Imports Inc. My experience with Titan Imports Inc was awesome, David and Mohamed worked as a team to get my car maintenance. If they were unable to get to my car today I don’t know what I would of done. Not only was my car fixed but the service was excellent. Thank you so much guys.
I've been going to Titans Imports since I heard about them in February 2018. I talked to the owner before taking my car in for service. He was very pleasant, concerned and helpful. When I went to the shop the following week, the guys found the problem and fixed it. They also took time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car to me. They showed they really cared unlike other auto shops I've been to. They even vacuumed my out & it looked very nice. I asked for business cards to pass to my friends and family. Don't think Titans Imports is just an auto shop. They repair vehicles from accidents, they do state inspections and sell vehicles. I've gone there now a few times and I always pleased with the work the guys do. I have and will continue to tell people about Titans Imports! #GREATJOBGUYS Muhammed is a great salesman. He really takes time to answer any questions you have. Every time I go there, he's always pleasant, never rude. He has a good heart and just wants his/their customers to be happy with their services.
Terrible customer service. Went for an inspection and was told I failed due to a small piece of tread on one of my tire. Inspector said He would not fail me and sell me a tire. If I didn’t get the tire from them he would fail me. Tried to hustle me. Called my husband there and the guy says the system timed out and it failed me. After we already stared the tire search with him. He lied and put it in as a fail. When they do your inspection they put your car up on this lift up machine. Where hey can walk over the car as well. They also damaged my car with that machine and tried to charge me full 30.00 price for a failed inspection. Which is against the law. Guy was awful. Not helpful, tried to hist
Me into a tire because I was a woman and alone. He didn’t like when my husband came up to see what small tread I had on my tire so he failed me and then had the nerve to call my husband with a quote for a used tire at 85.00. I’m not going to buy a tire from you now after you failed me for that tire. He lied and I will never deal with them again. Worse customer service I’ve ever encountered. If I could give it no starts I would!!!! B
