Alabama Bliss Bistro is an amazing place. They have a very nice selection of food to choose from and the food here is amazing. The staff has always been very friendly and courteous and makes your experience here just that much more enjoyable. I have always enjoyed their food and I highly recommend anybody to try this place out. You will not leave here disappointed.
Alabama Bliss is one of our favorite places to eat and it's always a treat when we get it. Dealing with the owner is one of the perks of this small business. It's like interacting with a friend instead of a business. I highly recommend you making your life easier by letting Alabama Bliss cook for you!
Everything is so well prepared and delicious . It’s the small attention to detail that separated their dishes from similar places. Very professional operation. Catering prices are very very fair.
I picked up your pecan chicken salad for lunch with friends. It was delicious as always and everyone enjoyed it. I’ll love the leftovers.
I LOVE Alabama Bliss! I've never been disappointed with anything I've gotten there. I recently got some of their "Take & Bake" meals and served them at my son's 30th birthday party. It was a hit! Everyone raved about the food & came back for seconds (and thirds). I served their crack potatoes, baked spaghetti and poppyseed chicken. All I had to do was pop it in the oven and it was ready by the time all the guests arrived.
I've gotten their chicken & dressing and a quart of their yummy chicken salad before too. Everything I've ever gotten from Bliss has been excellent!
I drive from Madison - an hour and a half - to get food so that's a testament to how good it is!

Been wanting to try this for a while and finally did. Picked up a Sweet turkey and swiss sandwich in the drive thru last week. Tasted pretty good but once I looked inside the sandwich I noticed there was only one single thin slice of standard out of the bag turkey, not "grilled" as stated. There was enough cheese, probably two big deli slices. It was a warm sandwich which shouldn't have taken 10 minutes being their only customer. Bad first experience, iffy about a second one.
My heart skips a beat everytime I hear Alabama Bliss mentioned! The owner and her staff are every bit as wonderful as the food the make. The food is always fresh and perfectly seasoned. It always tastes like it came straight from Grandma's kitchen. As a previous poster mentioned, Bliss is the ONLY strawberry pretzel salad that I like, and it is amazing! Their chicken and dressing and pasta dishes are awesome, as well. I work in tourism at a historic home in Tuscumbia. I am constantly asked about where to eat. Alabama Bliss is always the first words out of my mouth! It's a wonderful locally owned business that I am so proud to support.
Y'all... These Greenbeans!!!... They were the hit of our office Thanksgiving party. Folks are still talking about them... Easy Order, great service, and I'm sure everything else is great too... But seriously, those greenbeans will change your life for the better.
