I’m sorry but this was the worse experience I had.
The mini van shows up and my first thought was this can not be the airport car service.
Welp I get in and noticed the windshield is busted and not just a stone chip! The interior was cruddy and smelly!
My breaking point was when the driver Stan asked me for gas money before we even got out of my neighborhood….. that was it!
At that point I felt very uncomfortable and I felt like I was about to be taken for a ride and not to the airport.
I told the driver to stop and take me back home!
Very disappointed… he even asked for compensation for coming to get me!
Never again!
After having to change my flight 2 days in a row due to another non-professional company my daughter found this uh-mazing company. Stan and Crystal were not only able to accommodate me at the last minute but they were also early. They are very friendly and they were much less than the company that left me unable to get to the airport twice. Very much worth the cost. I strongly suggest this company if anyone ever needs it. They took me from Rockingham all the way to Charlotte Airport. Thank you Stan and Crystal for turning a horrible ordeal into a much more pleasant one. ????
Let me just say perfect. I am 500 miles away from home. My family gets stranded due to a vehicle issue. Its 930 1000 at night. I call him and he was amazing professional reasonable and very helpful. My family was able to get home safe. I cannot thank Stan enough for being there. He gave a mom who is studying hard a peace of mind so she could rest. Thank you Stan!
Stan provided great service to the airport. Showed up on time and waited a couple minutes for me to finish doing what I was doing. Would recommend for taxi services.
I had high hopes but I couldn't get ahold to anyone for a ride
Tried to ask my mom out and when she said no, he won't drive us anywhere now..
A human GPS of a person who was polite and friendly picked me up, took me home safely, and charged less than the other taxis in the area. Great overall
