They were really booked for the day , but they managed to add me on schedule for my nails. Very good customer service , they were really nice . Very comfortable seats, their hand soap also smells amazing .
Update - the place is nice but the paint on my nails started coming off after day 3 . I could not go back because I did the nails for vacation .
What isn’t wrong with my dip powder manicure!!!! The top coat crumbled off after she told me to wash my hands, she didn’t know how to Shape them ams there are holes in the color, and there are patches of color and dip missing because she didn’t know proper application. I told a woman named Consuelo how dissatisfied I was with horrible they looked. She told me to come back to have them redone my another woman, who saw this girl’s work and said nothing. So I’m suppose to go sit for another 3 hours to be disappointed again? Consuelo charged me with me clearly being upset because she wants me to return to have them redone. What I want is horrible work off my hands and my $35 back. I did put in a complaint to my credit card company for services not rendered satisfactorily. I want my money back somehow!!!!!!! I will be calling the better business bureau to complain as well, and I will NOT be going back to have the work redone!!! Don’t waste your time with this salon services.
They charged my grandmother $300 for microblading and they did a HORRIBLE job. The work is very unprofessional and they refused to give a refund. My grandmother is 87 years old! They took advantage of her. I will be returning to Aqua salon to speak to the OWNER. Here is a picture of her eyebrows a week after her touch up
Recomiendo 100% este lugar, Consuelo es una gran estilista deja mi cabello realmente hermoso, ella es fabulosa en lo que hace . Mi hija también viene a este salon se siente fabulosa cada vez que viene .
Muy mala experiencia, mis uñas no han durado nada y pague mucho dinero y lo peor que eran acrílicas al siguiente día se me dañaron muy mal hechas , te hacen sentir incómoda este lugar no lo recomiendo de muy mala calidad jamás volveré a pisar este lugar , es una porquería lo que me hicieron
Since the new owners took over this place everything has changed for the better becoming one of the best places to get your nails and hair done in West New York area. I would definitely recommend going to this place. It is also very clean and the workers are respectful and attentive.
Si le pudriera dar 0 estrellas lo haría. Yo tenía un appointment con la dueña para hacerme 2 trenzas a las 4:30. Cuando llego, ella ni siquiera estaba ahí. Una de las muchachas que trabajan ahí la tenía que llamar, y ella dice que estaba en el correo. Como puede ser que uno se va sabiendo que tiene cliente? Lo peor es que cuando uno hace appointment le preguntan el nombre y el número de teléfono. Ella sabiendo que si tenía que ir al correo, no hace el esfuerzo para llamarme y dejarme saber que no me va poder honrar mi cita. Nadie tiene consideración del tiempo de los otros. Que horrible.
