Bridge is fine - got the bill that’s fine too. Spent an hour trying to pay the bill. Website won’t work. Phone payment won’t work. Finally had to write a paper check and use a stamp. Took about 7 or 8 times longer to pay the bill

than to drive across the bridge.

just got the bill for $15 to cross the bridge, its insane, i need to find an alternative way to go around it , thats to much money for a min drive through it. recommend to try to find a different way if you want to save your money.

I Pass works on the Bridge. Paid $2.52 for a car going NB. No Problem.

How do you pay this toll??!! I went over this bridge twice this week in a rental car and want to pay the toll before the invoice goes to the rental agency and I get hit with some $40 surcharge. I first tried to do the "pay-by-plate" feature which required me calling the rental agency back and getting the vehicle VIN number, and the Riverlink system can't find my car. So I tried creating an actual Riverlink account and I'm stuck at the part where I have to assign the rental car to either a Riverlink or EZ Pass transponder (neither of which I have). It looks like my only option is to buy a transponder (which I don't want or need) and I'm prevented from doing anything else on the Riverlink site. It's so frustrating. The Illinois tollway page was a thousand times easier than this Riverlink hunk of garbage. I'm convinced Riverlink doesn't want people to pay just so they can send out invoices with additional fees. I hope Indiana/Kentucky come to their senses and scrap this piece of trash scam company.

For those idiots who say there are no signs. You DON'T PAY ATTENTION, for 5 miles, in EVERY DIRECTION there are signs giving you 3-4 exits to get off before being charged for the toll. On I-71 S, where there is no toll, and no reason to charge a toll, has signs warning of tolls on the upcoming exits. Pull your head out of your phone and drive.

Yup got me too, a couple months after my trip from Nashville to Indy, get a bill in the mail for $8.84. Crossing the bridge going up then back down. Not saying there is not a sign before you cross (don't know) but I am a pretty alert driver and I guess they don't give drivers enough warning to take an alternate route well ahead of time? IDK, I will know next time to look on a map in advance instead of paying $4.42 to drive across a stinking bridge which is the main expressway North/South (I65) Just all around poor way to do "business".

10/9/21. I recently received an invoice for the toll over the Kennedy Bridge on 9/12/21. I am an alert driver and did not see any tolls signs. Traveled from Fort Worth Texas to Indiana and stopped in Nashville to visit my Aunt. Otherwise would not have taken this route. This is a total SCAM. Also on the invoice was another toll from a trip I took back several years ago on 12/21/2019 again stopping to visit elderly Aunt in Nashville. I never received a bill for that trip. This is the first I was aware of it. That bridge was called Abraham Lincoln Bridge. Even if these bridges have signs, neither of these bridges give you enough notice to exit. The future of toll-roads is to due away from toll boths and just take a picture of your car license plate and charge you double what the normal rate is. And if you don't pay, rake up late fees and charge you even more. This is becoming common practice on roads between Fort Worth and Dallas. It is hard to travel around the this area without using a toll-road. At least in Texas I have a toll tag so I don't get charged extra. I will pay this time, but will avoid these areas at all cost in the future. I doubt anything can be done about this.
