Very helpful in pointing out the different small issues with my car. Very clean shop with a comfortable waiting area. So far it seems to be a good place to bring your german vehicle
Do not purchase a Groupon from this place unless you want cheap oil put in your car!!! I'm very dissatisfied with this place!! On my receipt it says they put Castrol oil and I watched them put Oriellys in my BMW I'm beyond passed off! Obviously honesty is not there policy there!!! I wish I could give them no stars but it will not allow to post this for all the consumers....
Fast & reliable the know what they are doing and will help you with anything you need even made accommodations waiting with my kids let the kids watch TV & play games! New owner Brett is awsome!
Do not use this company! They took my money ($224) in May 2013 for a part. Despite them telling me on 3 separate occasions that it was ready to post and I would get a tracking number for the shipping, I have never received an item nor a tracking number.
Eventually after many failed promises I asked for a refund in September 19th 2014. A friend in the States had to ring on my behalf to chase it up (I live in the UK) and I was promised not only a refund within 10-14 days, but also the part as well. Guess what? No refund and no part (it's now 22nd October). I'm taking legal action now.
I always love this place the people is very helpful specifically Adrian I met him on 2003 and he's still a very nice friend of mine he's one of a kind
Great shop... Got a suspension put in my VW... Adrain was very helpful and communicated everything to me... I'll be back soon...
Spent $8000 and my car still doesn’t run right and now it’s not holding a charge .. he said it my fault and accused me of being a liar and that it was like that when I took it.. bunch or scammers would not ever recommend them to anyone .
