Have used transportation companies mostly for 3 years. Called around 4:30pm. Very pleasant. Showed up within time frame that they indicated. Clean vehicle, reasonable rate. Best so far of most companies on shift change between 5-6pm. No down time for them. They just switch over phones instead of actually turning cab over to new driver which can really be a time issue for customer if you are caught in shift change hour...or two. And good luck if your request is passed on to new driver. AAA system works so much more efficiently.
On Friday 3/19/21 I was waiting for hours at the Rogue Valley Airport in the evening no Uber, Lyft, other CAB transportation available. Luckily, a customer gave me AAA Eco phone#. Michelle, a driver picked up to calm me down within few minutes. She's kind, sweet, pleasant and reassurance the fact to drop off customers close by and be there for me.
She really saved my life otherwise, I had to stay overnight at the airport which is scary of the thought to go through my mind.

Arrived at Medford Airport after midnight to find no taxis waiting at the stand — didn’t expect that. Started calling the taxis listed online & reached answering machines (except one who said he could be there in an hour). Thank goodness the next call was to AAA Eco Cab. We lost phone connection when he said he’d meet us at the shuttle area in 5-7 minutes & I asked where the shuttle area was located (we were tired????). He actually called me back to explain where to meet. He arrived immediately and was very courteous, pleasant, with a super clean vehicle. Put this taxi in your phone contacts — he’s the best!!!
Not the greatest drivers on the road. Probably not a great idea if you keep your name and contact information on your cars. Had one tailgating me on a 45 mph road then swerve to pass me going at least 60 and cutting my car off during a merge. Then proceeding to tailgate the next car all the way through Ashland. Plate #549HRE. Good luck. Not getting my business.
I have been a customer with Eco-Cab for a couple years. They are reliable, professional and treat their Customers with respect. This is a Great Business to support in our Community.
Very frequent user of eco cab but more than disappointed with the driver tonight. I called two hrs prior to need pick up and he was 20 min late and forgot where to pick me.up at an my fair was 7$ and he charged me 8$ sad to say wont be taking cab at night anymore.
Called at 4:35 pm, I was told to wait 20 minutes, so I waited for 40 minutes and called them, they answered that driver got lost but already on way and to wait 5 minutes more, waited for 20 minutes before I took the bus, 5 minutes later I took the bus they called me to say they were arriving at the address I told them to pick me up.
Never calling them again, very bad service and response. Made me lost another appointment I had after the drop off. I will suggest to stay away from this cab service.
Not even worth 1 star, scheduled a ride for a doctors appointment, only got voicemail when they did not show up, tried all day and today, no answer. If you have someplace to go and it is important, I would not reccommend this company-had to give 1 star to post this!!!!
