Unprofessional and takes advantage. We called for a quote and they originally told us it would be $150 to get our vehicle out of a ditch on side of the road. Then they came out and evaluated it and told us it will be $300 to get it out after seeing the situation. Fine, no problem, they got their eyes on it and thought it'd be more work so that's understandable, we paid $300.00. Then after the work was done they told us its going to be an additional $250.00 because they underquoted it and degraded us for "not understanding their workload." If we agree to a price, that's the price that should be paid. I would not use them again.
Great experience. Very professional, honest and sincere. I would recommend them to anyone looking for something as small as an oil change to a major repair.
The car had the same problem again after the repair, so they came and got it and made it right! Much appreciated.
