Love this place. From first phone call to expert tech diagnostics & repairs, very pro and friendly. We have a class B RV that has had its share of issues but definitely trust these folks to figure it out & fix it right!
Stay FAR away. The boss literally stated “he’s not a computer guy”. Instead of taking care of a warranty form .pdf over email with a few simple signatures, copy & scan- I dragged my self all the way in to the office to hear that, and grab a signature on adobe mobile. So i could attempt to do my own warranty form. This is a task that was pushed back onto me.
I was left on my own, to complete a service reimbursement form for my refrigerator on warranty. It is the shop’s responsibility to file this claim on behalf of the customer, because the shop is contracted the manufacturer of the unit for these issues…. not the individual customer… so here I am weeks later blowing my personal time trying to reason with both A1 and norcold to file this claim, so i can get 200$ back for warranty work.
They always help me solve issues with my motorhome with parts and advice. Nice people as well.
Well after 4 months in your shop first trip up I-80 this weekend and guess what... It didnt make it, and yes i did as you said and replaced the Cat right after i pulled got it out of your horrible shop. Oh and dont worry the seatbelt still does'nt work that broke while in your shop last year. Just thought you would like an update on what 2500 dollars and 4 months got me. Thanks again.
I got the distinct feeling they forgot my appointment this morning. Instead of admitting it, the manager gave my job a cursory look and gave me a song and dance about another appointment, not for work, for another assessment. I said he wasted my morning (true). He said that's how we do things.
Treated us great, repaired our fridge for half the estimate within an hour. Other repair shops wouldn’t give us an appointment for three months. My wife took it in while we were camping at Donner, they could have convinced her it would be a lot more that it was.
Can't say enough about the service I recently received here. Al and his service staff are real pros and did a great job servicing my Coleman camper. There was also an issue with a prior repair....they fully corrected it at no charge. It's a pleasure to do business with A1 and would highly recommend them to anyone!
A1 was an absolute lifesaver. Our RV refrigerator stopped working on the road. We called a dozen RV shops ahead in the Reno area who all told us they were booked out for weeks. Al figured out a way to get us in, run a diagnostic, get the appliance working again & on the road within hours. We are forever grateful & can't say enough wonderful things about A1's service & capabilities. Highly recommended!!
