My daughter is a student at Florida Southern in Lakeland and was having issues with her car. Brandy and her team took excellent care of her car. They went the extra mile in making sure her car was safe to travel back home up I-4 and really treated her like they would their own daughter. It was very reassuring to have an honest conversation (the technician talked to me on the phone twice) and to be treated with honesty, care and concern. They also had her repair done quickly. Her car is running great! And they were not trying to run up a huge bill. Thank you A to Z!!

Well, they are nice people as most reviews indicate.

However, they cost me a lot of money I didn't need to spend and left me with a vehicle un-repaired and unwilling to help resolve the problem. Details: I went to them needing a steering rack replacement, they did that and afterwards my power steering fluid cap was left off and I didn't realize it for a week! (They did flush it after that) Also I told them I had dash lights on (the day after they replaced it) to which they said once I get an alignment they would go away. There was also a rattling sound happening, so I had them look into it. They informed me it was the struts and front shocks, well they wanted $1500. So I decided to do it myself (still cost me about $400) but that didn't stop the rattling sound, (they were not bad) then I had them check it out again and they said it was my engine mounts, so I had them do that (for around $500). -Still a rattling sound! They checked it out again and said my sway bar was bad and wanted to charge me $1500 for that! I decided to go ahead and get the alignment done first, and the alignment shop said I just needed the sway bar links ($30) that fixed the rattling problem but my dash lights are still on and the alignment shop said my clockspring is broke (from the replacement of my steering rack) and that's why it won't clear the airbag and other lights on the dash. I talked with Chris at A to Z but he said he tied the steering wheel and it couldn't have broke the clock spring, I even asked him if he thought it could be something else but he won't even look into the problem or do anything to resolve this issue. So now I'm stuck having to go to someone else to try to figure out what's really wrong with it and get these problems fixed. Also, every time I asked him about the problem he said, "let me talk to someone else and get back to you" and He never called me back, so I had to call him a week later, this has been drawn out for over month! Then he finally said, "sorry, like I said, it couldn't have been my fault and there is nothing more I can do"

I DO NOT recommend this place for any work unless you like throwing your time and money away for nothing!

Absolutely the sweetest people I have ever met, they got me in and out in 45 minutes. They have great customer service and care for the people. If you are thinking of coming here do it!!

I’ve had bad experiences with dishonest mechanics in the past and I am so glad to have found a mechanic I can trust. They seem to have fair prices and knowledgeable in what they are doing! I will definitely be using them again when I need a mechanic again.

Filled my radiator with water after changing the thermostat then called it a done job. When I asked the owner I was told most people run their cooling systems on water anyway and its fine. Needless to say I can't recommend.
