A Super Taxi

They were contacted by MOdive care to take my 89 year old grandmother to her doctor's appointment. They were late picking her up and when I called to inquire about the driver's whereabouts, I was hung up on! Do not use this company!

Driver of cab #2107 was driving like a complete maniac on 141, tailgating, cutting people off, racing in and out of traffic. It's not the Indy 500. (I wouldn't take time out just to write a bad review. Most of my reviews are 5-stars.)

I am the manager of St Raymond's Apartments which is an independent living senior apartment community. A driver came in to pick up a resident and was irritated that he did not know the address and became more upset when we would not give him the persons address. Per company policy we do not give out any residents information to anyone. He went to try to find the resident and I notices he was parked not only in FIRE LANE but also in a way as to block the entire parking lot and blocking access to our office! There were numerous cars lines up behind him waiting for him to move. I informed him he is in a fire lane and needs to move and he said to me "no they can go around me. I will move when i want to move." He then also stated that we are not providing adequate care to our residents." He was extremely rude the entire time and I will encourage all of my residents to use a different service and avoid this company at all costs!

TERRIBLE driver! The man was literally on his phone watching youtube videos while driving! He carelessly sped through downtown, while he danced and rapped along to obscene music that he blared in his car. In the 5 min we were in his car he cursed out 3 different driver. Towards the end of the drive he took a phone call that ended in a screaming argument. I've never felt so unsafe in a vehicle. I'm pretty sure at the very least this man was drinking. DO NOT GET IN A CAB FROM THIS COMPANY!

TAXI TX 313 harrassed me at 0245 in the morning on Hwy 40. After I safely passed him on the right and proceeded to get back over a lane leaving ample car length between us, the taxi driver felt it was necessary to then speed up at that time and flash his brights and leave his highbeams on as I drove in front of him. He was extremely aggressive at a terrible hour of the night and completely unprovoked.

They are so rude. I seriously don't understand how all these cab places are still around. they're so rude. Lacleed cab place was rude,so I tried this one only to be very dissatisfied and have the same treatment. I tried to get a estimate of how much a cab with cost from one destination to the next and when I told the guyy address he said it's in Hazelwood right? I said no and he proceeded to try and tell me the cab would be like 25-30 something dollars. I told him no that's not right and that's not how much it's supposed to cost.(I said this because my Destination wasn't very far and my Uber drive normally doesn't cost more than that) the guy proceed to go off on me because he was wrong and then hung up. I asked to speak to the supervisor and apparently it was the supervisor that went off on me and hung up. I told him let's do this in a calm and reasonable way. I had him put the addresses in because I'm sure he didn't the first time and he said it would be about thirteen dollars. That was better and I told him now was that too hard,be becaui knew I was right. He started to try and go off on me again and I just told him thank you and hung up. Don't get a cab from this place or really any cab here in saint Louis. They have awful customer service and just are all around rude. You'll be better off with Lyft or Uber. It has regular everyday people that haven't been doing taxi driving foe long,bit these random everyday people are far more professional and way more pleasant to be around than these taxi cab drivers. They also come on time. Have a GPS so they know where they are going and even offer you complimentary stuff like water, chargers,gum ect.

When I first rode with this company I was satisfied but when I needed a ride to the train station, I called over a hour and a half before I needed to be there, but they never showed up. I called with no answer. When I finally got an answer, was told a taxi was on the way.AwayAhsin they never showed up. I will never again use this company or recommend them.

Owner of this company by the name of Amarou Sarr would get 0 stars out of 5 bc of the 0 integrity that was shown for his negligence for his diligence for his due care especially when his driver had already admitted fault, gave me his number, and name which is all in camera. 0-10 for the owners customer service, integrity, honesty, due care, and professionalism.
