The main thing with your car is you don’t wanna wait too long and you don’t want the price to be jacked up! Well, they achieved both. I was happy with the completion of my car and also the cost. This is the only place I trust as a female and they don’t take advantage.

My honest experience......Brought my car in around September of last year (23), the vehicle was not in the best of condition but still getting me from A-B but they recommended a new engine and a bunch of other things. They had my car for almost 2 months. This is my everyday car that i needed back but given they was low on man power I let it slide. Received the car end of October (23), paid them $2000+ and they stated I had a 3month warranty on the engine. The second day driving the car I had an issue outside of these guys so the car had been sitting for weeks until I fixed it myself. Once that issue was taken care of I started driving the car and the first day an Oil pressure sensor starts continuously going off in the car with a potential idle mode. This has never happened in the 10+ years I had my car and keep in mind this is only the third time I am driving the car since this engine was put in and I had not drove the car all of November & December (23) so clearly I go to the engine as the issue. I get it to these guys in January and was told I had to pay for the repairs even though I had the 3-month warranty on this engine they put in my vehicle. So they basically lied about the warranty and wanted more money out me after i had been so patient and respectful towards them. But the moral of the story is the whole entire time from September of last year I had to constantly call these guys about my car not one time did they have courtesy to give me an update I always was the one to reach out. I trusted these individuals over the phone as i couldn't be there during the day because of work to see what they were doing so I have no idea if they even looked at my car. As a business communication is #1 and this business by far had the worst communication I have ever experienced from any business in metro Atlanta and I would never recommend them fix even a toy car to why they get this lone star. Don't say I didn't warn you.

The best mechanic shop I know!! They’re always honest and the prices are reasonable! They’re not trying to hit you over the head and they provide excellent service!!

I cannot say enough good things about this auto repair shop and the crew… Ken took my car right in …quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed me up at a very reasonable cost…I’m New to this area and was being taken advantage of…this shop didn’t do that they helped me and I was treated so well with great communication every step of the way …the techs are knowledgeable in the auto repair field …I highly recommend Ken and the crew for any auto repair needs !!!!!!! Thank you so much again !!!!

The gentleman that own & run this establishment is very professional, they did not try to sale me anything I didn't need and only made repairs to what needed repaired. I would highly recommend this shop to family & friends as they have shown themselves to be trustworthy to me. As a woman I have found myself be taking advantage of by mechanics they always trying to sale me something or make repairs to other things in which I hadn't asked them to do. These gentleman didn't do that and I really really appreciated that. Like many woman we know that there can be other things that may need to be repaired on our vehicles but if we bring it in and tell you specifically what were wanted repaired stick to that specific request. Don't be replacing my tires & then telling me my engine need to be replaced lol why you even under my hood brah.

My experience was TRASH! went for an oil pump change and brought my own part. ken said bring it in monday morning and it'll be done monday afternoon, yet when i got there tried to say i was lying and it'll take 2-3 days. Still went through with it although that's not what i was told never finish within 2-3 days said they needed to the end of the week and a part and claimed he had to get for the car was still sitting there. Car sat there for a full 10 days no calls for check up like they said and everytime i called they hung up on me or act like they couldn't answer after hanging up which lead to me going up there again then proceeded to say he can't fix the car because i don't want to do an $1,800 unnecessary installment when i only came there for a $650 oil pump installment on top of waiting an extra 10 days for nothing. Never did they move the car or try to work on it, The car was dead when receiving it back and the part was untouched. A complete waist of time and very unprofessional, lied numerous times, and could've communicated 10 days ago that they haven't worked on anything but rather keep lying. When asked for the boss they kept saying he's on the way back just to find out he's on a whole two week vacation. Could've went somewhere else for a few more dollars for the same installment. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER AGAIN!

I went there talked with Ken seems like a nice guy but I don't think they are capable of working on my Van. And also I saw over hundred cars on the lot thats a No No.
