I took a taxi to a nail salon in Eatontown and paid ten dollars for the first trip. When I took the same taxi service back home they charged me eighteen dollars for the same trip. When questioned the owner about the difference in pricing he banded me from using his taxi service..As a consumer I believe we should have the to question when we are being over charged for a service. I recommend Shore Taxi same prices no disrespect.
Highly unprofessional the dispatcher told me he will send a taxi right away when In fact no one was coming or picked the call I had to call back just to told he can’t assign someone to pick up at the mall but he an assign calls for other locations that should be told to customers at the beginning don’t have people standing there thinking a taxi is coming. I will be taking another cab company after this I had no good experiences with this company and I would never recommend them to anyone and I’m leaving a complaint on the bbb website.
Waited over an hour for the driver finally shows up and the whole car inside and out smells like marajana. Extremely unprofessional
Called for a taxi 2 Sundays in a row around 8:50am both Sundays and rang the phone off the hook for over 25 minutes, I mean rang that phone off the hook. I was going to be late for work. I had to run to shoprite in west long branch to pick up my car to make it on time. I'm sorry but this is bad for business.
Tried to run me off the road at an intersection, eventually veering off into oncoming traffic.
Car came but it smelled so much of Marijuana and smoke.
I am a 'regular' with A one and I wouldn't ever go with another company. They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They are personable and respectful and always there within minutes of calling. I actually enjoy my rides to work! A one will always have me as their customer! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!
Their prices are higher because they lack optimized driver routing. Even with all the free GPS apps available as tools for them to utilize. Cars have an extremely foul putrid smell. A non-smoker’s worst nightmare. Owner is extremely unprofessional. Owner needs to be trained in a couple of courses in customer service. I won’t patronize this company ever again.
