They are awesome very friendly and nice did what I wanted done only place I'll go get my hair done
I read the reviews on FB and against my better judgment decided to try them out. Never again is all I can say! The manager or owner or whatever acted like she was too good to bother talking to me. I even heard her brag about how good she thinks she looks- personally i think she looks like an old teenager. Be aware, reviews on FB do not mean anything- businesses can delete any reviews they don't like!
Sarah always gets me in on time and does a great job this time she cut 12inches off from beach waves to sassy mom cut she also slays at balayage ombres foil work all over colors and mens cuts. Shes also been the only one to cut my sons hair since age 1. The girls are all friendly professional and make sure you feel welcomed.
Well, I did not get what I had asked for. I went to get my hair dyed, came out orange! then she cut my hair way to short!
she put no care products, in my hair to prevent minimal damage to my hair from bleaching it.
the color didn't last long even after I took the proper steps to care for it. also my roots we're not completely covered, there were still bits of brown showing through.
I also felt rushed. she was the only one there. if you have a client willing to pay you need to focus on that one person.
I should have never paid her for her crappy services. I will NEVER go back here and I do not recommend to anyone!
I try to find good in everything I can...but for what was done I paid way to much, over $200! But I'm to nice so I kept quiet. but everyday I look at my hair in disappointment, and it's damaged!

My daughter was devastated after going to New Day Spa. She asked for finger curls and her nails done for prom. I called to make an appointment and they couldn't coordinate the hair and nail appointment. They gave me five different times for my daughter to show up before finally coming up with a time. my daughter didn't wash her hair beforehand and asked them to wash it. The girl said it was better to work with dirty hair! She then proceeded to put a waterfall braid in her hair loaded down with tons of hairspray. Then when my daughter was getting her nails done she told the girl that her hair was not what she had asked for and the nail girl got mad at the hairstylist and made her come in and "fix it" while my daughter was getting her nails done. All the while the nail girl had her two children there and they were fighting over donuts and the nail girl was screaming at her children.
When my daughter got home an hour before everybody showed up for pictures she was crying. Her hair looked like she just got out of bed.
I hurried up and washed it in the sink and her little sister helped her put curls in her hair while she did her makeup.
She was devastated and so stressed out. It completely ruined her prom night. She hated her hair and didn't have time to get ready properly.
I don't know if its management or what but I feel they are the most unprofessional group of people around and would not recommend going there, ever.
They do good job on your hair and are very nice
Always feel welcome. The stylists are great. Love the girl Sarah that does my hair.
The lady was rude and seemed irritable, no friendly conversation even with kids, one kid looked as if they were going to cry because of her harsh words. Hair turned out OK but not exactly what was asked for.
