Kimberly is wonderful. She is so friendly and truly cares about her customers. The atmosphere in the salon is inviting, clean, well organized, and modern.
Not once did I feel she was trying to push me into product or extra services. She truly wanted me to be happy with the service. She listens to my concerns and makes suggestions/adjustments so that I get amazing results.
Her work is neat and percisioned. I've received so many compliments since she started doing my hair. She is definitely a rare find.
Kim is a jewel! I enjoyed my experience from consultation to installation! She is knowledgeable, skillful, and kind! She is worth the investment & you will leave better! I absolutely love my sister locks and can’t wait for the next time I return to sit in Kim’s chair!
Kim is very professional. She made my experience with my installation feel very comfortable and fun. She understood that my one worry was of feeling like my hair looked and felt full. She able was able to crush that worry by telling and showing me that my hair would still be full even in its beginner state. 10 out of 10 will always recommend Kim.
I can’t speak highly enough of this cozy salon and amazing loctician (magician). I love my beautiful hair that was styled with care. Kim, is thoughtful and detailed. She doesn’t whip through the process of locking your hair. Thanks to Kim I feel like my hair is a national treasure that I have just found. Kim being my loctician was definitely the best choice. Because what she does is magical!
I must say this was one of the best experiences I've had at a hair salon. Kj was nice and energetic. Her vibe was cool, she's really a down to earth type of person. My installation was a breeze. We laughed and talked about many different subjects. She gave me instruction on how to deal with my up and coming new journey with my sister locks. I enjoyed my installation days and the professionalism that came along with it. The atmosphere was clean, cool and quiet. She was prompt and organized. The professionalism is outstanding, after my installation she has checked on me to see if I was okay walking into my new journey. I can't say thank you enough for here kindness. My sister loc installation was completed on June 21st 2023. I couldn’t be happier with the results! My hair is very neat and organized, which is what I was going for.
