My motor trike died due to electrical issues, I called at least 4 tow companies before I called A-1, none could help me but A-1 could. A truck showed up, then another one did. Between the 2 drivers they got my trike loaded quickly and safely. They were both friendly, personable and professional people. I recommend them whole heartedly. Good people.

When I had to get my car towed, they were very quick and professional. The driver, Slidel, was super helpful and took care of everything.

These people are pirates...watch out for a guy in the parking lot because he is watching you.

Their entire business is stealing from students and charging exuberant fees. There is absolutely no reason why this should exist as the are solving no issues; they just revenue share with the owners of the lot so they have a ridiculous incentive to tow as many as they can. They had 2 watchers and 3 tow trucks working the area. Absolute leeches of society. Was towed outside of Schlotzskys on University.

Called last night about a vehicle being parked in my reserved spot. The woman that answered the phone was completely unprofessional. There was attitude when she picked up the phone. Caught even more attitude when I couldn't tell her how many tons the truck was that I was trying to get them to tow. Hate that I will unfortunately have to deal with them again because they have a contract with my apartment complex. Drivers are awesome. Dispatch sucks

My driver Justin was extremely kind and VERY fast; he communicated well and showed lots of care and concern for my car.

extra bonus points for a being a true texan with his open carry:) Very thankful for the help when i got a punctured flat tire on a thursday night in college station.

So you can hear my typical sob story about being a student and just eating at Taco Bell and getting towed below but all of that set aside I called the number on the sign they told me to call my driver they gave me the phone number I called the driver he told me to come to their place and come pick it up I show up no one's here the doors are locked it's 95° outside I call the building again and they tell me that they're sorry they didn't realize that I was coming to pick my car up so now I need to sit outside of the building for another 20 minutes and wait for a different driver to come and open the door so I can get my car back overall just terrible service.

Parked behind the taco bell, had taco bell for lunch, got towed because apparently this giant empty parking lot connected to taco bell is an apartment complexes not Taco Bell's... Thx for adding $300 to my summer tuition

My car died today at the car wash and I was helped very kindly by Justin. He puts the 1 in A-1 because he was super helpful and very kind which was very much needed after my car dying. It was also cheap compared to other towing companies that I tried calling so that was also a plus! Would definitely call again in case of an emergency!! :D

My wife’s vehicle wouldn’t start and I needed a tow to the repair shop. I called A1 Towing and they had someone at my home within 15 minutes. They sent Mike, who was very courteous and knowledgeable about what he does. He loaded up my wife’s car within minutes and I told him where I wanted my car to be taken, he knew exactly where it was. I told him that I needed to run in the house and get my wife and keys to my truck and I would be right behind him to follow to the repair shop. By the time I got to the repair shop, I saw Mike and his truck leaving. He had already dropped my vehicle and was headed out. Kudos to Mike for a professional and quick job !
