Just love the French onion soup ???? A must for me when I go there. My daughter's go to is the All star burger ???? Also try the Gold fever wings. You won't be disappointed.
Our waiter was Wes. We've had him before. He's great! It was my good friend's birthday, we go there every yr to celebrate with our kids. Everyone has a blast. Wes wasn't afraid to join in on the fun/comedy of it all. I like that. As well as his attentiveness and just a gd waiter all around. Great place food and atmosphere!!! Also, I suggest getting the rewards app if you visit or frequent. You not only get the rewards but also txt/emails about upcoming specials or deals. It's worth it.
Service was good but the food was awful. Burnt mac n cheese. Steak was hard with no flavor ribs weren't well either...biscuit was good
While my husband liked his food (fish tacos), my cauliflower tacos were so spicy, after 2 bites, they were inedible. When I tried to send them back i was told the fish and cauliflower tacos were "the same". His fish tacos had Chipotle sauce and my cauliflower tacos had Sriracha. The server then asked if he wanted to take them home and eat them later. It was a mediocre experience with hit and miss food.
The 99 restaurant offers a great variety of menu items,they also change items to meet what season of the year it is. Great customer service and very clean. Sherry is an outstanding bar tender. The braised ribs are excellent and always packed with the local community, that says a lot.
Tasty, fresh food served in a warm, friendly manner, by Garrett, who proved most helpful! Thoroughly pleased. The stuffed haddock was awesome.
Quality of food has gone down recently but isn’t terrible. Service was initially fine but our server was kind of weird towards the end. Nothing major but made us a little uncomfortable and definitely affected the tip I intended on leaving. Our server cashed us out on a handheld Toast device, which I have never seen at this location before but may be the new standard. We were not handed the device to see our bill or any of the items on it which was weird but again not that big of a deal. However, the server held the device while I chose a tip option from the pre-calculated (on the total post-tax) 22%/20%/18% options. While I was intending on leaving a lower tip due to the discomfort with our server at of the end of our meal, I was just looking to get out of there and felt uncomfortable typing in a lower custom tip while she held the device and watched me leave the tip and sign. If this is the new standard practice, this location should definitely reevaluate that.
We had Madison as a server and she was horrible. My husband wanted to come to this location for his birthday because of the desert skillet but the service was so horrible we just asked for the check and went home. She never took his drink order and then when I had to flag her down to ask to put in a drink for him, it was at the end of the meal he actually got it. She never took our menus, forgot the salad dressing, never filled up the water and left us sitting there forever as she chatted with another server on the other end of the section. We really wish we had gone somewhere else to have a nice relaxing dinner.
One of the families favorite spots to go to for quick and fast service. Always friendly staff and haven't had an issue with my food ever.
