Got an amp, two tweeters, a speaker and a bass control installed. Had to bring it back twice within two weeks. One tweeter blew out. No problem whatever. But the bass control kept going in and out so I dealt with it thinkin maybe it’s something I’m doing. I go back the third week to just have them look at it to check the work they had did. They told me just to look at it will cost me $60 and he was trying to write me an invoice to look at it. And told me the warranty is up. He didn’t remember me but decided to tell me that the warranty is up, but there is no date on my receipt to determine such. I think that’s not right and he could’ve looked at it being that I’m a paying customer. Wasn’t asking to fix it just to look at it. Take care of your customers everything is not about a dollar. All the time.
Been a customer for years, and they STILL don’t know how to treat you smh. I bought subs and got them installed and a few months later it’s sounds different. Went back to troubleshoot now they want to charge me 100$ and an extra 20$ just to put a few screws in on a capacitor ????. Never again will I patronize this business!
Had a radio installed a few months ago. Felix was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and quick service. I came back to get a radio installed in another car and Felix took great care of me again. Would recommend to any and everyone. Thank you 714 kustoms. I'll be back for more installs.
Went to get my bumper sequential lights wired, ended up getting all my bumper scratched, on both sides too... paid a high price as well
I had my carbon fiber GT wing installed on my 2013 Genesis coupe 2.0t. They are very professional and work fast and efficiently. The installation was complete in less than an hour. Thank you to the guys at 714 Kustoms. I will be going back for audio and window tinting.
I just had a new sound system / navigation installed. I can't say enough about how I was treated "TOP NOTCH". It was installed and completed when they said plus the quality of workmanship is amazing. My next project will be wheels & tires. I recommend 714 to all my friends. (5 plus stars)
Felix is cool, Omar NOT so much. Dishonest and doesn't follow through on his end. I spent over $300 on music that's been humming for 8 months. I've received nothing but the run around and I still haven't received a f/u called back!!
I trust 714 Kustoms, they sold me the alarm system for my BMW 330i and install it, they have the experts on place so you don't have to wait to long for your car, really conveniently located in Gardena, I highly recommend this place for your stereo or alarm needs.
