I used taxi when visited Doctors offices. Very good service. Always came in time, very friendly driver. Very recommend!!
A lot of these reviews seem older and the service seems to approved. Contacting them was a breeze. Driver came 15 minutes earlier than expected. The drive was smooth, the car was clean, and yes the driver was Russian-speaking but it posed no real issue. On the way back we had to wait 30 minutes before the driver arrived to bring us back home. Would recommend.

If you are not a Russian descent, they will treat you like a piece of gum on the bottom of their shoe.
If you look at all the reviews, only the Russian gave they five stars. The proof is in the pudding.
This is the worst car service. Last year one of their driver's attack me. Instead of firing him they banned me from using their services. Don't use them they are the worst places around none of their driver's speak English and will not listen to you whenever you ask to go in the direction you want them to go. If I could go lower than a 1 Star ⭐ I would. Beware
Called to see if a car would be available to give me a jump for a fee which is what most cab drivers will do. The guy who answered told me "there's no cars for jump" and hung up on me. Very rude, customer service sucks if you have another option please use that.
The dispatchers are rude and unprofessional, the drivers are unkempt and their cars smelly Do not recommend.
