My son gets picked up in the morning and the Driver and ad or very kind towards him.But I think they should Use the slogan “slow down because this could be your child on this bus” because (we use baby on board signs )and other drivers should think with precaution also when children are boarding a bus getting fitted with a seat belt. Instead of honking or driving on by. There very nice and calling service is polite and helpful. As long as they take care of my child and gets him there safe I’m thankful ????
The drivers and aides will make out blatant lies about your child to cover their unprofessional performance. I was accused of stalking the driver because I had a GPS on my child's backpack. Our children deserve better service.
Bad company. Do not trust them. You work 3 weeks then they only pay u for 2 weeks and they hold on to one week. Bad treatment. Good thing about them is they pay under the table (cash) to some aides. But money is too little for what you do. I worked there as an aide and they had me change routes every single day. Very stressing job. They don’t care about the kids or their parents as long as they are making money out of their runs. They are careless and only care about making money. Too much drama in this company. Don’t invest your money in here.
I was a previous employee at 4 Diamond Transportation. If you like to drive and have a CDL this is a great place to work. Was told I'd be handleling the most precious cargo. So they really emphasize on getting the kids in a safe and timely fashion. Which is a plus especially living in NJ with the hectic traffic and crazy drivers Ensuring that future adults made it safely to their destination, were they receive an education. The owner to the front desk associates well put together in communications with drivers while also assuring you that they provide safe transportation for students to school, trips, athletic games and scholastic events. Meetings going over rules ,school, board of Ed and state board preferences on how they need to be transported while keeping us alert on what to look out for in terms of safety.Was a pleasure working with Ms. A, Fran and Mae(May). Drivers welcome ????????
Great experience, Micheline was great, she waited an additional FOUR hours for us due to an issue with our plans. Looking forward to using this service again next time!
Awful experience. One time I asked the driver to show me his Id.any Id. He showed me his cousin’s id. Unbelievable, he wasn’t even legal in this country. I didn’t send my daughter anymore with this company. To save few dollars, the owners hires drivers with no CDL. SHAME
I coach basketball. They were 45 minutes late to pick us up to game and when game was over, they were not here to bring us back. My AD had to call to find the driver. I would not use this company if I ran a program.
One of the worst companies in Clifton/passaic. There is so many drama in this company. I wouldn’t recommend any parents using this company as a way of transporting their kids.
