Oh how to start. As a waitress who works in a restaurant, I’m super disappointed. Not only is this place more expensive than my place of work , but it’s supposed to be fancier. I won’t lie, the server is as super nice and friendly. Trying his best as possible, but below is a picture of the chicken tenders a five year old was served. A 16 year old at my place of work can cook better than that. How does one not check the temperature or even how long they’re in. As a waitress who helps out in the kitchen from time to time, I know better. Absolutely disgusting, and since no one came by long enough for me to say this I’m posting a review. No one came like a manager when we told them that the five year old ate more than half of it. Although it was removed from the bill, it’s still disgusting. You’d expect more to happen when you possibly gave a customer salmonella but we didn’t even get a true apology. I don’t know about everyone else but I wouldn’t want to eat that!
Food Portions: Generous! Nothing was presented as if it were the last. The salads along were filling! My Ribeye wasn't cooked per my request ???? but still enjoyable.
Service: She was very pleasant and happy to be there. Failed to let us know about the specials for the day ???? What if we wanted to take advantage of this special???
Atmosphere: We were on the Westside of the room allowing us to see the downtown skyline of Omaha...very picturesque! For the asking price point for food, there was NO Dress Code enforcement! ????Come as you are, just bring your wallet! It was worth the small investment!
Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! That is all that I should have to say. But, I will tell you more. Service great! Food amazing! Atmosphere spectacular! (Our dishes were Filet mignon and Parmesan crusted chicken breast. We both had salad and the hugest loaded baked potatoes ever. We had a ton of food!) Go there now. I promise you won't be disappointed. I said go now! Go!
Best steak house I've been to in that area so far! I'd like to know if there is better! Had their special which was 6oz filet and crab legs! Only thing I didn't like was the French onion soup. The bread was burnt and onions not cooked all the way!
I would describe our meal last night in one word, "awful."
Food - Our asparagus had the texture of baby food. Filet was well cooked but lacked flavor. The crab cakes were the star of our meal.
Service - After an hour and fifteen minutes, we were able to place our order. I remember my water glass was slammed on the table after I requested water. This alone would make me never come back.
Atmosphere - We had reservations in advance. I was disappointed that we were placed overlooking the parking lot instead of the Omaha skyline.
This was our first and last time at 360. We commented that if you ever wanted a good dining experience, this is not it. There are many choices when you dine. Choose some where else.
Our server was more invested in other tables than us, but kept up on drinks decently. Bread rolls tasted like frozen rolls from the grocery store. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. When the server went to run our card, she billed us for another table’s order instead. Now we have to limit our spending money for the casino. Overall not a very enjoyable experience.
Fast friendly service. Beautiful 12th floor view of both Omaha Nebraska and Council Bluffs Iowa. Food was fresh and well flavored. We used our food comps to help lower the bill. We didn’t have a reservation and were seated immediately. Website indicated restaurant is closed but that information was incorrect. We called and confirmed they were open.
We ate at the bar the shrimp scampi appetizer was delicious and the prime rib dinner was cooked to perfection. The carrots cake was amazing. Sarah the bartender was a delight, very friendly and attentive.
