DON'T COME HERE! Took the server two hours to bring out my food and when he did my Angus burger was completely burnt. I was extremely nice and expressed how unhappy I was with the service and food. The server reassured me he would take it off my check & will bring me another burger. LIES! He brings back a check with 20% off requiring me to still pay for new burger (that was now pink inside) ABSOLUTELY NOT! I asked to speak with the manager on duty and after ignoring me for 15 minutes she finally walks over to my table . She flat out tells me "I can't take more than 20% off your check or I'll get in trouble." The manager doesn't acknowledge my frustration, she wasn't sympathetic towards the fact this was my lunch or even the time frame it took to cook a burger.I am so disappointed and disgusted in the staffs lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Moving forward I will make sure to advise friends, family and employees I work with downtown to avoid your establishment!
Went here for brunch with friends, while this place have a nice lake view of the beautiful Lake Eola and with multiple visits from a nice hard working bumblebee with occasional smell of weeds from people passing by at the outdoor part of the restaurant patio, the server were very nice and helpful, always try to keep our unlimited mimosa drink full and very attentive. The foods are where it was lacking, ordered steak and egg from the brunch menu for $16 and unlimited mimosa for $22 ,my steak which was a piece of rib eye looks deformed and very thin. It was almost .25" thin and some parts could be smaller, when the server asked me how I like it cooked, I said medium rare and expected a piece of juicy steak with my meal, but if the piece of steak is so thin there is no way of cooking it to your chosen specifications. It was dry and well done in spots of my steak, they might as well not ask the temperature and the cook of the steak to its customer. Not to mention my steak looks deformed, it looks like the State of Massachusetts. It was supposed to be a piece of ribeye steak, does anyone know what a piece of rib eye looks like? Last time I check I was eating brunch in Florida, not in Massachusetts!!!
P.S. It does look like somewhat State of Florida from an angle but still it doesn't looks like a ribeye!!!
Love the view! Love the food! Love the service! My dish was incredible and so nicely presented! I had the Ahi Tuna salad and it was perfect. My friend enjoyed her meal because it was devoured in record time. Downtown Orlando dining with a beautiful view!
Calamari nice portion, however bland tasting. Red pepper bisque soup on the salty side. Greek salad with chicken absolutely delicious. Healthy portion on the chicken salad sandwich. You're able to sink into mesmerizing view of Lake Eola. Outdoor seating available. I like that there's a parking garage across the street and the restaurant validates parking.
I don’t know what happened but I came here like 8 months ago and everything has changed! From the quality of food to the service! The bartender and waiter seemed like they were high on something. The waiter kept forgetting to give us our drinks. the food took forever and the restaurant was empty. And then the check took so long that we thought that we had paid and almost left. We had to go to the bartender and have her cash us out. She was so high we had to keep repeating what our order was in order to cash out! It was an awful experience!
We had our wedding reception at 310 Lakeside and it was the most amazing night. We had a beautiful candle lit dinner with fantastic food and great service. My drink was never once empty - and the same was true for all my 120 guests! It's been months since the wedding and I'm still receiving compliments about the food, service, and ambiance of our wedding. Hillary walked us through every step of the way with recommendations and suggestions. I'd recommend 310 Lakeside and Hillary for any event!
Going to rate this with 5 stars even though we had an odd experience at the beginning. We arrived early to enjoy a nice dinner before a show at the Dr. Phillips Center. The restaurant was near empty inside the dining area while the bar was nearly full. We were completely ignored by the wait staff and when we finally connected, we were told they entire venue was reserved and we would not be seated. I asked if we could eat at the bar and we were told "I guess." However, the bartender saw all this go down and proceeded to get us a table and wait on us himself. The food was delish and service on point. As a side note, a few more tables were seated after us but that was all. Hopefully they get better trained staff because the bartender, chef, and menu were perfect.
310 has consistently been a great patio brunch place for us and our pups. The cocktails and tenderloin eggs Benedict is a favorite and always delicious. Today the host and table service was outstanding. It isn't quite fall weather so after a long walk, everyone was hot and tired. The hosts welcomed us like old friends and welcomed our pups like they were honored guests. Our table service had the perfect touch of attentiveness and knowledge.
