I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. Not only was customer service seriously lacking, they broke numerous things on my car (a giant crack in the radiator was the biggest issue). I brought the car back to them & they found a old existing- very small crack that they blamed for my antifreeze POURING out of my car after driving it exactly 6.2 miles. Mind you I drove the car from Brainard to Rice & back to Little Falls the day BEFORE bringing it in here- nothing was waterfalling out of my engine but, they "fix" the car & I drive it 6.2 miles home to have my car hemorrhaging fluid everywhere.... ummm ok?
Due to this small existing crack they then informed me how much it would be to fix the numerous things they broke & half-assedly tried to glue a few things back together- which broke again immediately and also told me it would be weeks before they could get to it. The crack on the side of the radiator, which was brand new vs the existing crack on the top- i have pictures making it very clear which was old & which was a new crack, was the actual culprit but the car had to be taken apart to find it. You know, like when they had to take the car apart & work directly next to the radiator where the new crack was discovered by us.
Zakk was the employee we had contact with throughout our expirience. "The owner was out of town & could not be reached but on Monday when he was back they would get a hold of us." Obviously we were a problem they didn't want to deal with because we never received a phone call from anyone nor did they return any of the messages we left trying to settle the matter.
Overall the worst experience I've had with a mechanic. Save yourself the stress, anxiety, time, & money- go anywhere else.
Hands down, the best shop in town ???? been here for a few truck repairs, and they are always friendly, reliable, and helpful. Price quotes are very accurate when you go to pickup your vehicle ???????? 10/10 will always come back again
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They did an alignment on my Dodge Journey and explained that it's a common defect in manufacturing giving me a run down of how and why it's an issue in the first place. They did the alignment and provided me a quote to get the kit and fix it completely. Fantastic customer service!
Great Service, I was in town with my job and my truck broke down. So I call these guys they said probably get it in Thursday so I could go home Friday, but I called tow company that got it there Monday and after a call of repair details it was completed at a very easy on the wallet price and completed on Wednesday, so I definitely recommend if auto repair needed around Little Falls, MN you call 1 st Avenue. I used Tabatts 24 hr service very nice guy and quick service.

Great service; friendly atmosphere; they asked if it was ok to fix an extra problem they found before they fixed it, and gave me a ride to places in town so I wouldn't have to wait there for such a long time. It was nice that I didn't have to take a taxi.
Always friendly and very knowledgeable. They do very good work and always will to do what it takes to fix ur vehicle at a decent price.
