Since ancient times, Korean people have enjoyed eating animal intestines. The beef intestines are divided into 4 parts, and I ordered a combo menu with various parts, and it was enjoyable to eat, and the servers made sure I didn't need anything and filled in whatever I was missing, so I enjoyed a satisfying meal.
One of the best intestines places I've been to. I went 3 times in November with 4 different people. My friends and family really enjoyed the meal. Not gamey or smelly at all; good flavor. I love the sweet soy bean powdered that they sprinkled on the intestines/organs. I had to ask for a second serving of the powdered lol. The sides were good to help cut the fat and protein. My favorite was the chives (sweet, spicy, and vinegary). Private booths are nice. The bell is a cow mooing when asking for service. Employees are very nice and helpful. Great for late night snack/meal.
We came when they were not very busy. It was not as loud as I expected which was good. The server was attentive and helpful as this was our first time here. We got the combo A and it was a LOT of food. We also got the fish cake soup which was nice and spicy to cut the buttery taste of the gopchang. They have a fun call button which makes the e sound of a cow. This made us laugh several times. The food was good! The sides were refilled without us asking which was good as well. They have a variety in their menu so if you have a person in your party that does not like gopchang, they can order something else and still enjoy the meal. Overall a very good first experience. I highly recommend.

I love intestine and stomach. First time trying Korean intestine. I realize I am not a fan. Way too fatty compared to pork intestine. Korean intestine and stomach is from a cow. Super fatty with little meat. Service was good though, they cook and cut everything for you.
It was my first time eating Gopchang and I loved it. It was a great meal and we had a server who completely explained everything to me and we couldn’t have been happier with what we ate, drank, and experienced. We definitely will be back!
It was delicious! First time for my boyfriend and me. We really enjoyed the experience and the taste of everything :)
