They were supposed to fix my air conditioning, and then my engine started overheating after they "fixed" it. Had to bring it back, just to have them tell me it was nothing they did even though the engine only started overheating after they fixed the air conditioning. They also didn't fix the air conditioning on both sides we have dual air conditioning for passenger and driver. They didn't even offer to have it towed home I had to pay to have it towed myself. When I did have to bring it back from the engine overheating they didn't even wait around like they said they would I had to leave the key in the Dropbox. Very poor service will never go back again and I was a loyal customer for 6 years.
This shop is the best! Chuck is a honest guy so I don't stress about being ripped off, my husband and his father have been going to Zwissler's for a really long time. I have found that they are friendly and are quick about getting back with you and getting your car done as soon as they can. If I could give more stars I would!
They are pretty expensive doubled the price on my parts probably trippled but I was kind of bent over the barrel and had to have my car for work that night. If you know what your doing I would suggest to do it yourself if not and can afford it these are pretty good boys. I understand that there's overhead and all but take it easy on a guy sometimes, especially when you want repeat customer.
I've been coming here for about 8 years now and Chuck and Ashton have always done great work. For example, there was one time I needed to have my car towed here and the tow truck driver damaged my car by hooking it up wrong. They found the damage, helped me document it, and ultimately I was able to get reimbursed for the damage. It can be hard to find a mechanic you can trust and I'm glad that I found this place.
Chuck is always professional, knowledgeable and fair. He's been working on my family's cars for more than 10 years and I have no interest in trying to find someone as honest and reasonable. Not a likely find - Chuck and his guys are a great.
Chuck overcharged my 90 year old mother $100 for window control cluster on drivers side then charged her over 100 to install it but it took his son 5 minutes. Most recently my mom's turn signal stop working and she's in such a hurry about everything she didn't let me get her a flasher so she took her car down to Zwisslers. He said there was something wrong in the steering column that was also affecting the brake lights which makes no sense to me. I'm not a fan
I'm writing this review literally minutes after leaving Zwissler's. I went in after a diagnostic check from AutoZone, yesterday. After the diagnostic, I called and told them and asked about what I needed. We set an appointment for today. They were on time and were very friendly. They're COVID policy doesn't allow for people to wait in the lobby and your car had to be dropped off. I told them that I just moved down here and don't have the ability and they worked with me. While they were working on the car, they educated me on the process, what they parts actually do and even discovered some other things. They were swift, accurand very professional. I will definitely recommend going here. You can't trust everyone with your car and its repairs but you can trust Zwissler's!
A few weeks ago, I needed to take my car in to get checked out for a problem I THOUGHT I had. Turns out I only needed to add some air to my tires. Ashton and Tim were GREAT! They explained all to me in terms I could understand and did not try to sell me work I did not need. HIGHLY recommend this business!
