Fast and friendly service. The pigs in a blanket were good. My hubby got the gyro skillet but the meat was not the best and the coffee tasted old. The decor is interesting, like two decades have clashed. Looks like an old diner with a modern touch.
Been going for years and it's always been fantastic! The family that owns it is so lovely and friendly and good at what they do. My current favorite is the greek omelet but I've never been disappointed by anything I've tried there.
We went with the delivery route this time. We got 3 Meat Skillets with Hard/Fried Eggs and Wheat Toast. All 3 looked the exact time. Eggs were perfect. There were plastic forks, ketchup packets & jelly packs inside the bag, so that was nice. The skillets were well portioned and got our bellies full. Around $20 per person, for the food, delivery & taxes included. No drinks. Price was higher than most in this area. Ordered Express Delivery and it arrived after the time limit, other than that, we gave a solid 4 ☆'s.
Never ate there. Took our order and waited over an hour with no food. Everyone around us received their food that sat down after us. When we asked about our food, was told bc they had 2 big parties of over 15 people, the kitchen was backed up. Then, I explained how all the people around us came in 15 minutes after us and received their food. After 5 minutes, I was told it would be another 10 minutes.
Food was decent at best. My daughter’s stir fry was SUPER GREASY and burned… she’s 12. She doesn’t know better so she ate it. I got the Gyro. Pita was cold. This is the only game in town so no wonder they thrive!
Z’s is the best spot in macomb! Breakfast all day long and the sweetest staff. They really put work into the food and the service. We come here often and they always greet us so nicely. I always bring friends visiting from out of town here.
Zs is a weekly ritual for me. Every morning I come in I am greeted with joyful smiles and an overall lovely energy. At this point they have my meal memorized and always have it ready for me as soon as I walk in the door
Good people that serve good food in a great atmosphere. I enjoyed my western omelette and pancakes. Everything was served fresh, hot and timely. I’ll be back!
