The lady that works nights there is really bad with customers she’s always very weird / awkward just staining not talking throwing stuff on the counters I’ve seen and heard a lot of complaints about her
Needed air for my bicycle tires and was surprised they had an airline without charging me $2 it was free! People were very nice to me and I told them thank you so much. I was surprised they had a lot of things in that store. Worth checking out!
I've had a really rough year, and to make matters worse I woke up Friday morning, 1/29/21, to a significant problem with my car. I reached out to several auto businesses in town for help, they all turned me away and said "I've never seen anything like this, and I'm sorry". At that point I was feeling pretty felt hopeless. That afternoon I randomly stopped at Ziggy's, I mentioned my situation to the owner and she was more than happy to help. The automotive professionals identified the issues with my car and within no time everything was resolved. I am very impressed with this business. Thank you for the Excellent customer service.
The girl at the front desk in the convenience part is very rude and awkward. She stares weirdly. I was sitting in my car after going inside and she stopped out to smoke her vape or something and she just stared leaning up against the pole right in front of me. Then the next time I came, I got a pack of cigs and she threw them onto the counter and snatched the money out of my hands. Didn’t say a word to me, except she stared at me. I also asked her if she had cones and she didn’t say anything, just stared at me and stepped out of the way of the cones until I said “yeah I’ll take those” she grabs them and throws them on the counter. Terrible service. She works nights usually. I’ve heard multiple people complain about her. She is so rude
this business was more friendly when Jim Johnson owned it. the new ownership is rude, very unfriendly and constantly turning business away. the owner is always there and is very rude to customers. i would not give this business a dime. i used to go there all the time and now i spend my gas money at holiday. the only person that kept this business going was the friendly gentlemen in the small repairs shop, and they screwed that up to. but that's okay because i will continue to bring my business to him at his new location.
It was a very professional experience I really appreciate how personable and friendly the clerk was at the gas station it was very pleasant to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed and she was very knowledgeable about the products that I was asking about for engine cleaner price it out for me and also was very efficient and timely as well it was a great experience and I look forward to who feeling my tank there when I'm in the area. I am new to the area and needed my lawn mower fixed, called, they came and picked up my mower Thursday (holiday weekend) and had it fixed and delivered back to me Monday AM..so easy and fast, not to mention didn't cost me an arm and leg! Very happy and impressed! thank you!! Happy Customer..
We are new to the area, (grew up here, but left for 20+ years). A couple of weeks ago, we stopped by for gas and saw they had toilet paper and milk when the big store to the south of Northfield was out of TP and low on milk. They didn't charge much more (~50 cents) than we would have expected in normal times and a lot less then we would expect right now. The milk was from a local small co-op so you would expect the cost to be higher. Thought about that today and felt we had to write a review.
