Lots of comfort items. Sugar, fat, and salt. The drinks are good and they have an interesting and novel selection. The food is okay. I got wings and garlic noodles. The wings were a little dry but edible. The noodles were delicious. If you are having a bad day or celebrating a small victory this would be a perfect place. It's all about indulgence. The workers are really nice. They were having technical difficulties when I visited and were very bewildered but kept good customer service throughout. It felt clean and comfortable in the lobby.
I'm definitely coming back for more milkshakes. I tried Ube milkshake and it's a delicious one. I was skeptical to add boba because sometimes other bobas are hard and not good at all, but glad I asked and their bobas were soft and perfect. I'm going to try their food next time I come back for sure.
The drinks are hit or miss. Sometimes I get something delicious and other times it's not well mixed or just melted.
The food is also sometimes perfect and sometimes overcooked. I love the popcorn chicken when it's cooked right.
There are outlets and they don't mind you sitting around and working. I like the dedicated parking.
I ordered the classic Boba milk tea. It was extremely watered down and zero flavor. I threw it out. I had the #2 w/buffalo sauce. The wings had good flavor but the fries were stiff and cold. My husband had the #5, Carne Asada. The flavor was good but his fries were ice cold, so it made the dish kinda gross. Our son had the #1. His dish was good but again, the fries were cold. He had the Oreo Shake, he said it was good. My husband had the Strawberry Horchata, it was good. The cost was over $45.00 and the wait was over 30 minutes. BTW, the little ranch cups are only half full and cost .25 a peice. I'm guessing the fries sat there while our food cooked. Not worth the money. We won't be back. Unfortunate! We were excited about this place!
Ordered extra spice on my popcorn chicken and it tasted like they dusted it with sugar?? And paid for a tamarind straw , definitely did not get that. Also paid for extra tajin and there was barely any on my mangonada.
The food and drinks are always killer. Place is well kept and clean! The black haired girl working Thursday night is always extremely rude and has no customer service skills. Not a single smile and glares us down everytime we go in.
The cashier is SUPER nice, excellent customer service. Their strawberry limeade is amazing and refreshing and their popcorn chicken is so yummy too!!! One of the best places I’ve visited in Eugene.
The drinks are a little different but still good and if you can't decide which flavor you'd prefer just get the split cup which is literally 2 drinks in 1cup. 1st time here but definitely won't be my last. The owner even came out to check on us himself and gave our baby a free bowl of watermelon! Outstanding service, highly recommended
