I just had my hair cut today at Zena's by Alice, and she gave me the best cut I've had in years!!! And the prices are very reasonable! I plan on going back from now on for my cuts!
I had a great experience with Mary. She asked what I wanted and walked me through everything while she was doing to my hair, cut my hair to perfection and clean my eye brows really well. I definitely will be coming here again.
Well, I came again but this time with my daughters for their hair cuts ✂️! The cuts were wonderful and she was very sweet to them.
Recently went to get my roots bleach have my hair tone.. instead Alice decides to put perment color on my roots.. I had to ask if she was using bleach.. cause it didn't look like it.. and she started to say I never use bleach for roots. I was super specific when I said I wanted my roots bleached... Now I got super light roots and dark roots I have to fix later on. Even tho the problem was some what fix. It wasn't what I wanted... ???? Most of the time I just get hair cuts and I'm super happy but this was just bad.
The Price for hair coloring started very Reasonable. $25 after the Pandemic, she understandably raised her price a little but steadily increased it every month until she just started randomly suggesting, a haircut,, blow drying, and increased it to outrageous $195. I went in the last time and said, I just wanted my hair dyed, nothing else and she wanted to charge me $170.00 I refused and told her It was ridiculous because, she asked the hairdresser what the clients name was because she was not there. Once my name was mentioned she wanted to charge me this price.. I told her all I wanted was my hair dyed,, no blow dry no hair ✂️ cut and she (Mary) claims it was because she recently bought expensive hair dye. I told her it was abuse and I would never go there again. I argued my way down to $145. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge every customer differently because they know the job status and the nationality of the customer is different from their own.
Such a wonderful experience. I got my hair trimmed, and it’s so bouncy and full of volume now. The stylists were so nice, professional, and understanding! Wonderful place, and they are experts at what they do. Gem of a place, and really affordable too. Ultimate split end mender lol ! 100000/10 :)
I have been getting my haircut here for over 10 years. She is truly amazing and knows how to have an amazing conversation. I truly recommend her to everyone. Her prices is very fare.
The best salon in town. I've been going there since day one and I can't emagine trusting anyone else with my hair cut. Zena knows exactly how to cut my hair and keep it up to dat, she knows all the latest styles and is great at what she does. Try this place out and judge for yourself.

I called this business to ask about a particular service. A lady answered the phone saying Hello, not sounding like a business, I asked is this a beauty salon? The lady responded with "who's asking, what's your name"? In my opinion that is a very UNPROFESSIONAL way of greeting a customer on the phone. Don't worry about it, I am not and due to this interaction will never be a customer of your. BECAUSE YOU NEVER GAVE ME A CHANCE.
