We took our granddaughter there and she had a blast! The room was immaculate and the waterpark was so much fun! The water slides were a total blast! I was impressed with all the life guards that were present. It was definitely a family friendly environment. I didn’t see anyone not having a good time! The lazy river was fun and quite relaxing. The dinner at Zehnder’s was excellent and the breakfast at the hotel was great! I would rate this experience a 10/10.
Went to the water park for the first time in years with kids. Water Park was great. Lots of very attentive life guards. Hotel room includes a water park passes, so don't buy them separately on the site. Arcade was way over priced so expect to drop $50/ kid minimum. Food in hotel was bleh, but didn't expect much. Pizza was pretty flavorless. Would have liked to see non- junk food offered for adults. Room was small but tidy. The beds Lord help us, were AWFUL!. Both beds/ mattresses were so bad. Lumpy and you sunk into the middle with both people lay on them. Honestly experience was pretty good except the beds. Both us Early 40 parents woke up with back aches.. So be forewarned before you go!!
All of my family had a pretty awesome experience. The place is much larger than I expected it to be. They have two separate waterpark areas. Then they also have a pool in a separate area you can enjoy. Everybody was very nice as far as service was concerned. The room for the most part was really nice. We had some ants in the bathroom but they came in and poured peroxide. They probably should get a handle on that though. We had pizza in the water Park area. It was pretty good. I would definitely return. My kids had a blast.
The rooms are not impressive but the rest of the park is very. You don't spend much time in your room anyway.
I want to brag on Lisa who is a waitress in the restaurant. I seriously wish every restaurant had a Lisa! Each time we ate, she tended to every need. Always made sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. Incredibly sweet and easy to talk to! She really topped off the experience!

We had great time. We brought both of our young children and it was nice that they were able to go on just about every slide (we did not try atrium slides). It kept them entertained for a full 2 days we stayed and we will definitely be returning. We also purchased the food package and it was well worth the value! Saved us money!
Great time for our family of four, stayed 2 nights in a dragon fly room. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was good! Breakfast buffet has a lot to offer for everyone. We tried their pizza and were surprised by how good it was! Staff members were friendly. Conveniently located by Bronners Christmas store.
The hotel is amazing. The rooms are nice and cozy. The staff is all really friendly and happy to help. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean. They keep up the hotel very nicely. The waterpark is a lot of fun a lot of different things to do. An excellent place for a family or even couples getaway
First time here. Rooms were nice/decent. No crazy loudness going on, that was good. Waterpark was nice, kids had fun. Arcade was fun. My only complaint was service at the front desk(2x after check in) and service at the restaurant for dine in: I'm an easy going, patient, kind person who doesn't seek trouble, but I know prejudice when I see it happening and I believe it happened to me being that everyone around received service before me even though I was there before them and pointed that out. From waiting to be seated to waiting for a server to come to the table, and waiting in line at the front desk.
I'm not sure if I'll come back because of this.
